This is a richer fragrance than the fruitier Eau De Cartier I tried in years past. This is definitely vanilla on me, with some violet. It has complexity, but on my skin, the vanilla overwhelms everything else–and I have better vanilla scents. I’ve smelled it on others, and it had some more floral (jasmine, maybe) that I don’t register when it’s on my skin at all.

I like that this is an EDP of Eau de Cartier. It is a bit richer, and spicier, but still has the DNA of the original Eau De Cartier. Top note is citruses; middle notes are violet leaf and floral notes; base notes are amber, vanilla and musk.
