I love this fragrance so much! They discontinued the edp I believe but as of this date the edt is still sold at Sephora. It reminds me of the old Coty Sand and Sable but with a more fruity citrus twist. It has light white florals dancing in the background with vanilla and sandalwood. Fabulous Spring/Summer scent!

Not a fan of this powdery-floral scent. Quite a strong EDT as one spray goes a long way, but after wearing for a while and smelling it on myself, it becomes a bit sickening.
It probably doesn’t help that it smells so much like the cheap nasty automatic air freshener spray they put in the bathrooms at my school. I don’t want to smell like a toilet.

These are my thoughts on the EDT. I was moved to try this after sniffing a scent strip (that appeared in quite a few women’s magazines this fall–maybe Givenchy is reallllllly trying to make it a bestseller). Anyway, I love this, in part because it fits in my favorite genre of fragrances– light girly floral blends WITHOUT noticeable fruity or gourmand notes (Marc Jacobs Blush, Burberry London to name two). My mom, who is not a perfume person at all, recently complimented me on this saying I smelled so fresh and lovely and asking if I had applied a powder. (I told her that it had a powder note, but no, it is a spray perfume). That is high praise coming from her. My boyfriend loves it as well even though he usually only comments on in-your-face vanilla scents. The name is ridiculous as there is nothing “noir” about this, but it’s perfect as an all-occasion “you but better” scent. The lasting power is not bad for an EDT….I spray it on my pulse points and in my hair and it lingers all day, making me feel so happy and deliciously feminine every time I catch a whiff of it. 🙂

I smelled this in a magazine and couldn’t stop smelling the page, so I had to find a sample. I have the EDT, so I can’t comment on the EDP, but I really like this scent. Yes it is floral and yes it’s powdery, but it’s a very pretty, feminine smell that I like. It has woody and citrus notes too that I think blend together well with the overall smell. It is soft and not overpowering so I don’t feel like I’m knocking people down with my fragrance. I have read elsewhere online that this is a summery scent, but I’m going to keep this in my fragrance stash for the upcoming fall and winter seasons.

I bought the eau de toilette which smells completely different from the eau de parfum. The eau de parfum smells disgusting to me. This one smells a lot more floral and light compared to the eau de parfum. It’s a pleasant smell at first, but it later turns into a powdery scent. I didn’t like it because it reminds me of baby powder. Think I’m too old to smell like that now. Lasting power is bad too. After 5 hours or so, it’s gone.
