Absolutely stunning, and incredibly unique. I was on the hunt for something “different”.. I wanted something dark, mysterious, and sexy. This fits the bill without a doubt. Definitely one of a kind, it isn’t overly sharp or “in your face”, but will certainly turn heads. The depth of this is incredible: with the suede, incense, patchouli, and leather notes marrying together fantastically for a strong, sexy, smoky base. I find the base more suede and patchouli heavy, with less leather and incense.. but they are a magnificent touch that really ground the jasmine well. The iris and jasmine are really enveloped in the warmth of the suede and patchouli, and carried through to completion with the addition of the leather and incense. There is also an almond milk note that helps to marry all the other notes together, adding a strong gourmand touch to the entire fragrance. The gourmand aspect is elevated by the orange blossom note, which adds a subtle freshness that takes the fragrance from just “yummy” to “decadent”. It smells good enough to eat, but the deeper base stops you in your tracks. You are left with a deep floral/unique oriental/deliciously gourmand fragrance. This is a showstopper, unlike anything else out there. I can’t get over how good this is. I personally think it is much better than the Satin version, which is praline-heavy and missing the smoky, sexy complexity of Cashmere. I absolutely adore Dior’s Midnight Poison, and had yet to find anything that could evoke a similar emotion or level of depth. They are not the same by any means, but I think if you really love Dior Midnight Poison or YSL Elle, give this a try. Armani Code Cashmere is like their much sweeter little sister, or younger cousin. But don’t kid yourself, she’s still part of the gang, even if you find it to be only a distant relation. This fragrance is “almost” too sweet for me.. but just complex enough that it hits the nail right on the head. This is one of the sexiest and most mysterious fragrances I have ever smelled. It’s not girly, traditional, dainty, and certainly not for the faint of heart. It’s warm, inviting, sensual, intimate, unapologetically confident, and absolutely intoxicating. Almost hypnotizing. Great sillage and longevity as well. A new staple in my collection without a doubt.

Not quite as delicious as the original Armani Code in the lace bottle, but really sexy and nice! The jasmine is amped up and you can definitely notice the leather note in this version. Sillage and longevity seem to be good. It’s a great flanker to own if you love original Code.

Top notes are orange blossom and jasmine sambac; middle notes are heliotrope, almond milk and iris; base notes are suede, incense, leather and patchouli.
If Code Satin is the Root Beer delicious one, then Cashmere is the cozy almond macaron one of the family. I love this, it’s probably my favorite version of Code (and I even own the original very first version). Definitely gourmand but exceedingly easy to wear and very sexy. The hint of incense is a nice touch.
