It’s warm, it’s citrusy, fresh yet inviting, comforting, mellow, can’t say anything else! I love the smell so much! Ginger adds such a nice warm velvety feel to the lotion. I use it on my hands in the morning for a little pick me up. My hands feel soft and smell great! Thumbs up from me, for sure!

Dont forget to use this on your face not just your body. After washing my body in the shower I follow up with a face wash. The orange and ginger scent really wakes me up. Im not a morning person and Im barley awoke before taking a shower so this really helps me get my day going. Also I drive in the mornings so its really important that Im alert and focused. There’s so many car accidents on my morning commute so I need to be alert. So definitely purchase this they also have a calming lavender body wash thats great as well.

OMG Where do I begin? It has taken me a long time to write a review on this scent because, honestly, I never thought to do so.
This is my holy grail favorite from BBW. I LOVE this scent so much! I can smell cardamom but don’t see it listed as a note. It really gives it that spicy fall feel to it. I am a huge fan of Origins Ginger Essence, and this layers well with it. It’s great for a pick-me-up scent for any time of the day but my favorite way to wear this is to just spray it on myself early in the morning. I use the entire line: body lotion, body wash/foam bath, shampoo, and the plug ins for my house…….and most recently, the 3 wick candle. Ahhhh….HEAVEN! If you love citrus scents, give this a try. I buy it when it’s 50% off and you can’t beat the price!

I first found this line in a hotel bathroom in Florida, and was shocked when I, a huge B&BW fan had never heard of this scent before. Now, this is by far my favorite bath and body works scent, and maybe even my favorite fragrance ever. I carry the lotion in my bag, and whenever I use it in school I always hear a lot of people asking what that “wicked good smell” is. After loving this scent so much, I ordered the entire aroma therapy line online, and they’re all amazing except for the ‘sleep’ (lavender vanilla) scent, which smells like a cheap dollar store vanilla lotion. Anyways, you have to try this one!

I have this in the rollerball version, which I’m not sure BBW sells anymore. First off, kudos to BBW for making a scent that doesn’t turn quickly as I had this missing under my car seats, then my desk drawer for nearly two years before I re-found it recently. It smells just as fresh and crisp as when I first bought it! As for the scent itself, it’s an eye-opening orange ginger as the name implies but it’s heavier on the ginger than the orange. Longevity is crap, but I only use this for aromatherapy and not as an actual scent/perfume. As a short-term pick-me-up it does an excellent job, but don’t expect it to last longer than half an hour. If you want to use it as a full-on scent you’d probably be best served layering all the body products together (body wash/lotion/body mist).

I love the design of the bottle. Dark brown glass. It’s very simple and goes well with the natural “organic” inspired theme of the aromatherapy line.
Somebody gave me a gift set of orange ginger products. I was surprised to find that I actually really enjoyed the scent. It’s very crisp and refreshing. That’s definitely saying a lot because I generally dislike food inspired scents (apple pie, cake batter, cucumber and melon, etc). Mostly I don’t wear the spray, I use it on my bed sheets or just spray my bedroom. Friends and family love it and can’t figure out what the scent is. Since I don’t really wear the scent on my body very often I am unsure if I will repurchase in the future.

I’ve decided this is going to be my signature summer scent.
I have only begun shopping at bath and body works this year when it first appeared in my city. I’ve heard a lot about this store from people in the US and through youtubers, so when I first stepped into the store I was an absolute kid in a candy store. I sniffed EVERYTHING and eventually concluded that I didn’t like anything in this store. I was disappointed that despite the beautiful displays and and cute packaging, the scents to me were really synthetic/cheap smelling. The only line that impressed me was the aromatherapy line, which I immediately fell in love with. In particular, the Orange Ginger scent stood out for its effectiveness and simplicity: I smell citrus and ginger extract. A couple of weeks ago I was tempted to pick up a fragrance called Fresh Citron de Vigne from the brand Fresh at Sephora, but I didn’t because I felt the the Citrus based fragrance was missing a little vavavoom. That void was filled with Bath and Body Works’ Energy Body Mist. The only regret I have is that this body mist, being a body mist, does not provide a long wearing scent therefore I will have to carry this 118 ml glass bottle with me in my purse. I wish they could repackage this and make it smaller or release an actual perfume or eau de toilette. To sum things up, I love this body mist and know it in my heart that I will always repurchase.

This line from Bath and Body works smells AMAZING. It’s a light, fresh citrus/ginger scent. My boyfriend loves this. We have the shampoo and conditioner set. I found the body mist, which I didn’t even know they made and scooped it because I loved the scent of the shampoo so much.
The scent is still wonderful, but I gave this 4 lippies and probably won’t purchase this again because the staying power is almost zilch. I sprayed this all over my hair, clothes, and neck and after about 10 minutes, I couldn’t really smell it at all. Maybe it was just me?? I was really disappointed, especially after spending $15 on what is basically a body spray that doesn’t last enough for you to even get out the door. PLEASE, Bath and Body Works, make this scent last longer!
On the plus side, this is great for allergy sufferers. Because it’s made with natural oils, it doesn’t bother allergies or asthma. Good option if you have either of those.

This is a great body mist, and probably my favorite scent of the Aromatherapy line. I love the spicy orange scent. It smells a little candy-sweet to me sometimes, but it’s still a nice unobtrusive fragrance. I wear it to work without stinking up the place. The only thing I’d change is that I wish it would last longer. It seems to last longest when layered with the orange ginger lotion, however.

I got this after falling in love with it at the store. I wore it out and around. I got to work one day wearing it and was shortly called out for smelling like Fruity Pebbles. No adult woman should smell like kids breakfast cereal. So as much as I love this one, I had to give it to the kids.
