I am hit and miss with Armani scents…there are a few that I adore, and a few that just don’t do it for me.
Luckily for me, this one falls in the former category! What a wonderful berry/patchouli/musk/orchid concoction. I get a hint of Hawthorn and Cyclamen that make it very interesting–the cranberry is a hint of sweet-tartness but not much and it is not cloying, over the top, or sharp. I get about 3-4 hours of wear with 2-3 sprays and I can’t stop sniffing myself. This may be discontinued but can still be found some places online. The drydown is musk and patchouli on me, but in the best way (not soapy, somehow both cozy and fresh). This is a sexy scent but can be worn day or night. I can’t wait to try this one in winter as well and see how it develops!

I got this item in a swap and i couldn’t find it at sephora to test it out.. I think this scent is very classy and sophisticated – definitely good for a office job or a date night out. BUT personally, I think this scent is too “old” for me.. maybe another 5-10 years and it would be perfect! I’ll probably swap this one away or give it to someone else that’s more age appropriate for this scent – i’m still in the fresh fruity fragrance stage

I have gone through quite a few fragrances. Among all of them Armani She and Night have always been my favorites. Night is one of the most beautiful woody-oriental perfumes I have ever used. I think it is very suitable to use in day time too. A perfect and classy winter fragrance.

A very pleasant fragrance that has a very strong aniseed note (well it’s strong on me in any case!). Luckily for me, I love the smell of licorice/aniseed as all other notes are drowned out and I smell like a huge licorice stick!! It smells very warm and comforting as well….however I like She better as it’s more elegant and refined smelling.

this is a quiet unique and modern fragrance with a liquorice-note.
the problem is: its not really feminine – i can imagine a trendy guy wearing it.
armani night her is not bad but not my cup of tea.
similar to the first emporio (she) but that one ist more feminine and i like it better.

Bought it at a duty-free shop on vacation, smells lovely and I’m always grabbing it off my vanity because the RED bottle screams “spray ME!”
Packaging genius.

I smelled this on a teller at the bank and it turned me on. The packaging is like a personal alarm, which is quite witty considering its called ‘night’. As others have noted, it’s aniseedish, which makes it alluring in a strange, almost kinky way, that is, I think, quite evocative of its name. It can imagine it might strike some as odd. I bet Graham from ‘Sex, Lies and Video Tape’ (James Spader) would just love it, LOL.

This is a fragrance I got on a whim when I was bored stiff with all the classy, white-and-green scents I have also used. This scent is fab if you are looking for a slightly gourmand, woody oriental. The opening of the scent is almost fruity, what with the berries. But it quickly mellows down to one of the most feminine and bewitching fragrances ever. The peonies and lily-of-the-valley tempered the glorious magnolia to conjure the most well-balanced, subtly sexy scent that is gentle but never a wall-flower. That said, the scent is so well-mixed that there is no awkard progression from one stage to another – long after the scent has been spritzed and the woody base notes have set in, one can stil catch a whiff of the berries occasionally. The gourmand factor is also due in part to what smells like rhubarb to my nose, though there probably isn’t any. This is similar to Burberry Brit Red, though slightly quieter and therefore, sexier, in my opinion.

I made such a mistake buying this. Thank god I paid under $30 for it. I thought I would like it almost as much as “Her” by Armani. I find this is very very musky and has almost no lasting power. It smells quite manly to my nose and about an hour after I put it on it smells like some cheap musk cologne for men. Yuck!

This is amazing! Smells very soft, creamy, it is little bit sweet (it is vanilla I quess) and also little flowery. Sexy and young. Will have to buy it soon 🙂
