Arctic Jade is Amicable Jade with berries, way too cheerful to evoke Scandinavian beauty in my perception. I get an airy, cold and ethereal opening – freezia- but this lasts a minute. Then BAM, I get berries. Notes say cranberry but I get a berry shampoo smell, nowhere near the tartness or some form of depth I would expect from a niche house like Agonist. On most days, it then becomes sweeter and sweeter on me despite its coolness and airiness.
Whomever I asked likened this so some bath or hygiene product associated with their childhood. Nice, cheerfuli comfortable but IMO not worth the price tag. There is something in it that reminds me of Paris Hilton’s CanCan, diluted a million times and ripped off its soft musk. I like CanCan, I feel uncomfortable with Arctic Jade.
