If I could describe Twin Flower in one sentence I would say this:
It smells like a fresh bouquet of beautiful flowers that have been drenched in golden sugar syrup infused with rose oil.
The violets are the main flowers that add a pop of purple to the bouquet while the jasmine gives a fresh and clean scent of green, like a meadow. The golden sugar syrup wraps the bouquet well, tying it up together, and the rose oil is clearly there, wafting up to delight the nose. The overall perfume is a strong, luxurious caramel and flower fragrance in which the rose really glows, it seems as though it’s almost made of gold.
The dry down is sweet vanilla, musky and rosy, like sweet incense.
This perfume oil is the most beautiful bouquet of flowers you could give to someone. Expertly blended, smells expensive and the bottle is heavy, sturdy metallic material encasing the glass bottle holding the golden oil.
A sweet, seductive, summery Saharan sunset, a glowing rose of the desert.

I love this perfume to me it’s an excellent Spring/Summer scent but even when it’s cold I still like to sniff it. I have a love for attars and pure perfume oils from the East. I especially like finding new scents from around the world. When I first saw this perfume I thought the bottle was beautiful and quite sturdy and heavy. I adore it 🙂
The notes from Fragrantica are : Rose, jasmine, floral notes, vanilla, sandalwood, myrrh, Amber, white musk, and violet.
This is a very rose dominate scent at first I smell rose sweet but not sickly sweet. I also smell the jasmine and it’s not super strong but you know it’s there for sure. It’s like a fresh flower garden and rose is the main player at first. Finally on the dry down I get the most delishous vanilla musk like incense smell. I love it and can’t get enough of the powdery light rose scent. The white musk scent mixed with the amber, vanilla, and myrrh works very well together.
The sillage in this is moderate and the longevity is about 6 hours on me. When it’s super hot the scent can be amplified something to keep in mind when using such a strong oil. Al Haramain has been making oils for a very long time since the 70’s. I believe they are a niche fragrance company but are extremely fair in how they price there oils. But the oils smell expensive and the way they are blended is fantastic. I will be buying and trying more of there perfume. This is one to try if you enjoy heavy floral, rose, and musky frags. I find this oil to be delishous! Recommended.
