My Holy Grail of all airbrush foundations! This is a private label cosmetics company that caters to the world of makeup artists and professionals. It isn’t available to the general public so you’ll have to ask a professional with a business number to order it for you if you aren’t a MUA. The price is sooooo cheap like $6.00 for a 1 oz. bottle but you have to buy at least 3 and if you buy 12 it goes down to $5.25 a bottle. It’s totally worth it since I already pay nearly $100 just for 3 bottles of the same size through any other website and it’s so much better. I love the stuff so much I buy 12 at a time anyway so I will never have to be without it.
This airbrush foundation is water based, silicone-free, paraben-free, oil-free, talc-free and has great buildable coverage. Apparently, it doesn’t need to be set with powder. It photographs beautifully and doesn’t cake on as it’s so thin and liquidy. It feels like spraying pigmented water on the face. The longevity is crazy – I applied this on a Friday morning at 7am just before work and that night I fell asleep on the couch for the entire night without removing my makeup. When I woke up, I had to immediately go downtown so I didn’t have time to wash off the makeup from the day before. When I was done my errand, I went into Nordstrom to sample some makeup and the sales clerks were all asking me what kind of makeup I used because it looked so beautiful and flawless. I told them that it was actually 26 hours of airbrush foundation that never got washed off and they gathered all the makeup people to check it out because they were blown away at how beautiful it still looked even after 24 hours.
I cannot give this enough praise. I spray a very light finishing mist of Kett Hydro airbrush foundation over this one and it seems to lock everything in and keep oil at bay. People have been complimenting my complexion everywhere I go.
