I have combination skin with an oily t-zone that likes to eat foundation. I apply UD Stay Naked to clean, moisturized skin with either a sponge or brush and lightly set it with loose powder. I wear shade 30CG, which is not at all what I would have expected to wear. I usually wear warm toned foundation shades, as I have strong cool yellow undertones (MAC NC15/20, NARS Sheer Glow Gobi or Ceylan, Dior Backstage F+B 1W, ELDW Bone) and initially chose 20WY, but the shade wasn’t quite right. 30CG is light with a yellow-olive undertone, and blends to the perfect shade match for me. Wear time is extraordinary. My makeup continues to look fresh through the day, and I can blot surface oil without disturbing the foundation underneath or lifting any off my skin. Stay Naked doesn’t separate when it comes in contact with my natural oils, and it has oil-absorbing abilities without being drying in my drier areas. I’ve tried so many foundations, but this has got to be one of my all-time favorites.

Update 2020
This foundation has got me swooning. I love it so much. I’ve always wanted to mimic those natural, but radiant/luminous skin looks from the catwalk, but all the foundations with that finish (Nars Radiant, Milani 3 in 1, Maybelline Dewy, etc) look good only initially on me. They wear badly on my oily skin; they fade, break up, cake up, and make me look like a grease ball. But this one let me have it! It looks so natural on me, and when the oils break through.. I get that radiant, expensive skin look (silly name, but describes what I’m trying to convey). And I get to have that gorgeous perfect level of glow ALL DAY. It doesnt break down, look worn or cake up at the end of the day either. The only people that seem to complain about it are those with dry skin that want a dewy, emollient finish from the get go.
Medium slightly buildable coverage. Blurs imperfections, lasts all day. Good oil control. Looks natural. If you have oily skin this is a must try! I apply a peach corrector around my mouth and then a thin layer of Stay Naked (1 pump) with a sponge. Then I dust a thin layer of powder on top. Usually Cover FX Perfect Setting powder (amazing powder btw) or any if the others I have (Ben Nye Neutral set, Collab Kill the shine, etc). Looks gorge. I dont want to try anything else at this level of coverage. This one is perfect and feels like I have nothing on. 5 stars.

Amazing foundation for combo to oily skin. Does everything it says it will. Its easy to apply, sets to a soft matte finish ( if your moisturizer is matte, the finish will look matte, but still soft. Not chalky). Medium buildable coverage. Slightly blurring. Transfer resistant. Wears extremely well thoughout the day. Great oil control. Feels super weightless. Doesnt need to be set with powder, but i always dust over it a little of my Cover FX Perfect Setting powder. It only looks more and more natural as it wears throughout the day.
I have textured, oily, acne prone skin and it looks very flattering on me. No breakouts I fall somewhere in between NC40 and NC 42 in Mac. I use 4w1 Honey Bronze in Estee Lauder Double wear and Warm Honey 1312 in Hard candy Glamouflage. I picked up 51WY in Stay naked and the color works even though it’s slightly off (wish it was a hair more warm neutral) from my perfect color. What I do is color correct with a medium orange tone (clinique concealer) around my mouth and then lay this on top with a sponge.
This is my favorite everyday foundation because of how weightless and transfer resistant it is. I will repurchase and cant wait to try the concealer.

One of my least favourite foundations, unfortunately.
I like the extensive shade range – there’s a lot to choose from. However, I did find it quite challenging to pick the right shade. I had to use a YouTuber with a similar skin tone as guidance.
This foundation is very matte (and I have combination skin, albeit slightly dry due to the winter). But even with extra moisture, extra hydrating primer and mixing in Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Filter, this foundation remains extremely matte. When I’ve tried this trick with the Fenty Pro Filtr Soft Matte Foundation, I’ve ended up with lovely satin skin.
Not with the Stay Naked Foundation. My skin stays parched and looks dull and cakes up in places.
On the plus side, the foundation stays the same all day and doesn’t really transfer. The shade I picked – 81WY – is a good match for me, but unfortunately the formula is simply a miss.
I much prefer Smashbox Studio Skin (I’m in the shade 4.3).

UD naked skin was my HG. I finally got around to trying this. As it stands on it’s own merit, I don’t think it’s a terrible foundation, but original NS was worlds better.
I wore UDNS in shade 2.0 and the new one I picked up (a sample) in shade 30CG. They extended the shades, so the new 2 range looks way lighter. 30CG matched fine. I found this hard to blend out. I applied w a brush over benefit porefessional which was the same way I always applied OG naked skin. The new stay naked kept dragging and caking in certain parts, and it was hard to get even coverage. In the end it looked nice, but it looks makeup-ey. The biggest stand out with original naked skin was that it looked like my FACE was flawless, not my makeup. It’s the only foundation I would wear where people would always comment about how my skin looks good. Stay naked, looks similar to a lot of other foundations, and isn’t standout to me.
I’m babying my last bottle of naked skin, I’m undecided as of right now if I’ll replace it with stay naked, or continue my search for another replacement.

This is by far one of the best foundations I have tried in the last couple of years, and I have tried plenty in my search for the perfect, medium coverage, nicely moisturizing, very long lasting and radiantly natural looking foundation. I know, I know, hard to find, but at my age foundation can look very aging because it highlights the skin texture, so it is even harder to find the HG that looks like my (younger) skin but better. I was given two generous samples at Sephora so I could wear it for over 3 weeks and I loved it! I had tried last year the previous version, the Naked foundation but, although it looked gorgeous upon application, it oxidized and separated after few hours and started looking not so “naked”. This one, on the other hand, only oxidizes a tiny bit and stays on and on leaving my skin plump, radiant and healthy. There are also plenty of shades and they all look very natural, like if they “adjust” a bit once on the skin. I had some tan and I was given NN30 and NN31 and both looked very nice, but I guess I could wear many more. The only reason I didn’t immediately buy a bottle is that I need a very high SPF in summer, so I tried also IT Cosmetics CC cream with 50SPF, which I also learned to use (after several trials) and to love. But I don’t exclude to buy this one for the winter months.

I’m on my second bottle of this. I have over 30 foundations, the reason why I like this so much is that its so smooth, is thinly textured, lasts and gets along with all other products. The color range is fab too. You can use a little or a lot and the price is great. It spreads really well and looks really refined. It you are dry you may need a heavy hitting moisturiser but in no way does it make you look bone dry or cakey dry. I recommend that you test out a few shades, it does darken by about half a shade max. This just works for me, despite all the other high end foundations that have been not-quite-right.

Shade 60WO, apply with Beauty Blender
Love the variety of shades, feels weightless and lasts all day, looks very natural with good coverage as well. Would definitely buy again.

Very nice natural coverage, long lasting, feels like truly nothing on the skin. Unfortunately the chemical sunscreen burned the heck out of my face. I could never wear it more than one day without itchy, red consequences. Had to return. Same thing happened with their Luminous formula, damn shame!

I was on the market for a new foundation (my favourite Chanel Perfection Lumiere changed the formula so I was not able to repurchase, well I did, but it not the same!) and after trying dozens of samples 9I kid you not! It was a PROCESS!) I finally settled on this one. I got 3 different colour samples from Sephora (bless the consultants in the Warsaw one – these girls know their stuff!), my mum procured for me 31NN (neutral but too pink) and 30WY (too peachy) and after reading descriptions on line I went on a hunt for a 30CG myself. Before I even opened my lips to ask a consultant for it, she knew immediately which one would be a match for me and she was spot on. 30CG is a perfect match – it is light (but not pale) neutral, leaning slightly yellow and blends with my skin seamlessly.
Brands get a big pat on the back nowadays for having multiple colours selection but it can also be a disadvantage – it can be very confusing for the consumer and it is very difficult to match yourself, I basically went with my old bottle of Chanel foundation and I was trying to match the colour of a new foundation to my old one (fyi, I wear Beige 020 in Chanel) as i definitely did not want anyone to color match me on my face with a dirty brush. Luckily Sephora does not make any fuss with giving out samples (unlike shops in Scotland!), one of the samples worked and now I’m a happy owner of a perfectly matched foundation, yay!
This foundation comes in a tall, thin, perfume like looking plastic bottle with a pump, and a gold cap. I’m not a fan of this design, but oh well. At least it has a pump and I can travel with it as the packaging is lightweight.
The biggest advantage imho is that just like my old Chanel I can apply it with my fingers. I simply hate faffing around with makeup brushes and sponges in the morning when I’m short on time. This one applies perfectly and seamlessly just with fingers, makes my complexion even and satiny (I would not say it is a very matte foundation) and as I tend not to powder it on top, I just blot after 3-4 hours and it still looks good. It last a long time (I usually wear my makeup for about 12+ hours).
Fragrance and a high alcohol content can be a disadvantage for some people but I have years of experience with Chanel foundations which contain these two ingredients as well and I never experienced any allergic reaction. I double cleanse in the evening but I don’t think it gives me spots.
The consistency is very fluid (just like the Chanel’s PL) and I don’t need a lot to cover my face, half a pump is enough to even everything out. My pores simply disappear and this is the biggest plus of this foundation. it simply looks VERY good on my 40 year old skin. I wear it over sunscreen (currently Elizabeth Arden 8HRS+ and REN’s mineral one in a yellow tube) and my skin looks simply beautiful all day.
It is very lightweight and I don’t feel it on my skin at all. Imho it is light to medium coverage (which I like). I’m very happy with my purchase (it was well spent £30) and I’m even considering getting a concealer from the same line as I’ve heard great things!

This gives great coverage, glides on smooth with a Foundation Brush and Covers those Pores. I absolutely live how my skin looks. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the actual product, in fact, its perfect. My only complaint is the packaging. It looks nice and sleek visually but it is Plastic! Wtf?! Even drug store brands make their foundations in Glass! For an expensive $40 on this product, they can make the Bottle out of glass. I would give them a solid pass if this was a tube, but a plastic bottle, C’mon, Urban Decay can do better than that. I guess as a Make Up Consumer/Collector, this really Irks me. Solid product though.. I really love it.
