My skin is early 30s, combo bipolar oily and dry with fine lines. This is my holy grail, I will not need another foundation unless my skin changes. It’s decidedly matte and I am a convert. Medium coverage but buildable to full. I found it works best on skin that is exfoliated. I hydrate with oil (The Ordinary Resveratrol), use a silicone primer (The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension), and apply with a damp beauty blender. It takes two layers to cover my broken capillaries. If I set it with HD powder, it lasts all day. Some oxidization but it isn’t noticeable (unlike other brands) I loooooove it. I am super picky and have tried everything. I wanna try it with an illuminating primer next.

I cannot stress this enough, ok? IT TOOK ME 3 TRIES TO GET THE CORRECT SHADE! With 60 foundation shades, I was not surprised. I also seem to constantly forget that I am a neutral/golden undertone and not red at all. My issue, not Morphe’s. My perfect shade is F4.80. For reference I am MAC NW45, Estee Lauder DoubleWear Rich Cocoa, Fenter 420, Huda 500G Mocha, Juvias Place Burkina, Kat Von D #74, Urban Decay All Nighter #11, L’Oreal Fresh Wear in #515 Copper, Milani Perfect + Coneal in Chestnut, you must get the drift by now… I was able to surmise that F4.80 was the one using the second to the darkest bubble sleeves that Morphe was giving out with purchases around the time this foundation was about to release. That was genius and I commend them for giving those out.
Now, about the review *cracks knuckles*. I absolutely love when a foundation smells like paint. It tells me it is going to give me what I want. I do not put on makeup to look like myself. I cannot stress this enough. I want to look perfect so I go for full coverage every time. This gives me that and in a beautiful travel-friendly tube that allows you to see the color. I have worn this for 10 hours each time I’ve applied it along with a light dusting of translucent powder it has stayed on my extremely oily skin. When I blot that foundation does not move. This was worth the $18 price tag as it performs like some of my more expensive heavy-hitters. I use a beauty blender to apply, have not tried it with a brush so far but I imagine that would give me even fuller coverage. I will repurchase this again and again.

I use retain-a cream, have acne, eczema, and as you can imagine from that description – my skin is pretty dry. My skin looks great and hydrated under loose powder foundation, but I wanted to try a liquid. In comes Morphe.
Pros: warm, neutral, and cool tones in a wide color selection. Squeeze tube.
Cons: I didn’t have visible dry patches before I put this on, but I did afterwards – immediately. It looked like it lifted the top layer of my skin, shred it, and deposited it back. Primer, no primer. Didn’t matter.
This was the worse my face has ever looked, and I was shocked. I returned it this afternoon and will not be trying foundation from this line again unless they release something that is specifically marketed as “hydrating” or a bb cream or something. Wow. It was just awful. I don’t know if it stood a chance on my skin. Maybe if you have very supple skin, this will be perfect.

I normally use high end foundations, EL Double Wear or UD All Nighter. I noticed this new product in Ulta and saw full coverage with so many shades, so I decided to try it out. I absolutely love it. I have extremely oily skin so I use primer and oil blotting powder under my foundation, and this works well for me. Fluidity’s color was spot ( unlike UD All Nigher which is a little orange on me) on and the foundation lasts all day on my oily skin. It give me true full coverage to hide my acne scars and gives me a beautiful matte finish. And the price is crazy! $18.00!!! I was spending $42.00 on Estee Lauder, now I will only have to spend $18.00 for the same look, same coverage and same longevity. Thank you, Morphe!!!!!!
