For a stick foundation this is quite creamy, reminiscent of the bareMinerals foundation stick however that one feels cooling on the skin. I took a chance ordering shade F4 which is described as light skin with neutral undertone and it is a little pale for me but passable right now (winter) when I’m at my palest. I can’t use this the day after using a retinoid/retinol as my skin is way too dry/flaky and this will accentuate all of that. It is a really quick and easy to use foundation, so I will probably repurchase, and next time around I will pick up shade F6 for light/medium skin with yellow undertone as I think it will suit me better. For the price, it’s a good option, not great, but good. Should be rated 3.5 out of 5.

I really wanted to like this for days that I just go out and run errands for a quick and easy foundation. I thought it looked good when I first put it on, but by maybe the 5th hour, it has slid all over my face. There was a part on my forehead that was completely missing! I looked in the mirror and was like WHAT HAPPENED? It was patchy, cakey, and gross. It felt uncomfortable on my skin, too. My skin isn’t even oily, and it looked super oily. It transferred WAY too easily, and I did end up getting it all over the place which doesn’t make sense because I don’t ever touch my face. I don’t understand what the hype is all about on this. I’m still trying to find a good stick foundation, preferably drugstore, that matches the coverage I am looking for and is a good color match for my pale skin.

The worst foundation I have ever used. Never known a foundation to disappear in my T area so quickly. Within 2 hours there was no product on my chin/nose and that’s with primer, loose powder and setting spray.

This has become my all time HG foundation! I finally found a foundation that matches my skin tone, blends beautifully on the skin, buildable from sheer to full coverage with great pigment and stays put all day! I apply sheer cover to give my skin a natural look to even out my skin tone, it doesn’t go cakey with powder and I rarely need to apply concealer under my eyes as the product provides enough cover to conceal my tired dark under eyes with a colour corrector. As it is a creamy consistency I like to apply and blend with a brush and I prefer using the brush to grab the product from the stick to give a more lighter coverage but still see my skin rather than applying the foundation straight onto the skin. It doesn’t settle into my fine lines and my pores are minimised. I have an normal/oily combo skin and this foundation gives me a nice dewy finish rather than oily and with setting powder and setting spray it keeps the oils at bay. I am surprised that the shade F11 is exactly my skin tone and for a no makeup makeup look, all I add is blush for a bit of colour and I’m good to go! Price is fantastic at AUD$10 and is really good quality for a drugstore foundation.
I own an equal amount of high end and drugstore foundations and so far Makeup Revolution Stick Foundation is my ride or die.

Wanted to love this product as one of favourite foundations is the max factor Pan Stick, but really let down. Shows all the texture on my skin nd sits in all my fine lines (im only 26 and feel it ages me). Ive tried with different moisturizers and base oils but cant find a combo that works. Im surprised its labelled as a glowy foundation as its very matte, heavy, patchy and hard to blend for me.
Also, struggled to find a suitable shade. 1-3 all far too light, 4 too pink and the rest too dark.
Its not too bad for an under eye concealer (due to the peachy/pink tone, f4) so il probably just use it for that. It does sit in lines under the eyes so not ideal but i prefer using it for that reason than a full face base.
For 5 pound, cant really complain (but my favourite foundations are the same price when on offer so thats my comparable)

I really like this product for a full coverage base. I glides on nicely unlike how stick foundations used to be and is easily blended in with a sponge. I paid £5 for it and got a 3 for 2 deal at Superdrug so I’m very happy. Shade range is very good – I am a 3 which seems to be fair neutral

shade f14 was a grey mess. very disappointing. and it looked quite heavy on my skin so I’d be reluctant to try even if it came in my shade

I’m 64. It makes a huge difference when choosing foundation. And, frankly, finding foundation is an expensive experiment. I have fair combination skin with rosacea plus the slightest bit of a yellow undertone. So no matter how extensive the shade range, I usually have to mix and match colors.
I purchased this without reading reviews. For me, I use the back of my hand for the product and a very damp blender. I can apply in seconds – which is great. The coverage is where I need it to be: not masking but not allowing redness to show through.
And shocker: it lasts. Little or no touch ups. I imagine it would transfer but I don’t touch my face. Yet to get it off the back of my hand, I have to use cold cream – so maybe it wouldn’t transfer!
It leaves a dewy, healthy finish and, most important, it doesn’t sit in fine lines. I can pop some blush on top or use it as an eye shadow base. I have five minutes for makeup in the morning and this product is a lifesaver.
As a reference, I’ve used Tom Ford’s version and it’s great but 9x as expensive. Used Bobbi Brown and really disliked it.
And it’s $9!

This is quite good for the price. Very emolient, very easy to blend, good coverage. F6 is a good shade. It’s not my favorite foundation but it is still something I like. I would give it 4 lippies but since it has parabens I will give it 3. I know there are many opinions about parabens so I don’t avoid them all together but I use products with parabens sparingly just to be sure. So 3 lippies.

I can’t wear this foundation on it’s own, for 3 reasons:
1. Bad shade match
2. Emphasizes pores
3. Emphasizes texture
Bad shade match:
Maybe this is just user error. I have F10 and it’s entirely too pink on me, yet it’s described as a golden undertone. Youtubers keep saying the shade range is good, but I completely disagree. Based on swatches online, F11 is peachy, and F12 is neutral. Nothing fits my yellow/olive undertones. But like I said, I haven’t tried the other shades. For that reason I’m not going to knock it real hard.
Emphasizes pores and texture:
I find this in combination with the bad color match really unsightly. And I don’t put a lot on either, the most I ever put on is 5 stripes for my whole face. Whenever I put this on, I Always always put another foundation over it that’s more yellow, and more smoothing.
Because I don’t wear this on it’s own, I can’t comment too well on its longevity. But I will note that whenever I use this foundation, I notice myself getting oilier quicker.
A great thing about this, is that it does indeed blend very easily and quickly.
Overall I think if you don’t have a lot of texture or pores and you’re not too oily it’d be a pretty good foundation. But I wouldn’t advise buying it online without physically swatching any colors, especially if you have very yellow undertones and are more tan.
