Color;
Mine is 103. This was the very my skin color. The same with mine. Now it is darker for me. But when I use it, my skin comes almost flawless. Good? No. I would like to make my face more brighter. I should better to use 102.
Other;
And this product is too moist for me now. I don’t think this is not oily. I will back to this one in this autumn, after summer. I will be a little bit more tanned.

I have been using RMK creamy foundation on and off for the past 6 years. I am a bit obsessed with base make up so tend to like trying a lot of different types of foundations/primers.
I have used shades 102 and 103. I like the consistency as I have acne scaring and find that this foundation has medium coverage. The liquid foundation has lighter coverage and I find that it requires a lot of work with concealer etc to cover my scars.
The foundation applies very well, and once set with loose powder, it stays. I have to touch up a litte by lunchtime and again about 4 hours later around the nose and forehead area but due to my combination skin, that isn’t surprising.
I took off one lipstick due to the packaging. The pot design requires me to dip my fingers in the pot and isn’t very hygenic. The foundation does come with a spatula but I always misplace those. I would prefer a pump design.

This is by far the best foundation that I’ve ever used and bought a second jar after 6 months.It is non-drying and buildable without any cakey or flaky feeling,neither does it oxidise to grey or darker tone after long hours.It gives a vy fresh and dewy look without making it dull or yellowish colour.
I just gave it 4 lippie cos I haven’t tried other brands that were raved about;GA Silk, la mer or cle de peau foundation brand.However,I hv gotten a sample of Lunasol cream foundation,I must say it is also equally gd as RMK,giving me shine,dewy and fresh tone till long hours.Look good too in photo,and would have tried out Lunasol full size if I hadnt bought the RMK as my 2nd jar,still sealed.
Tried brands like Chanel,Laura Mercier,Clinique,Lancome,Dior,Shuemera,Loreal,Maybelline, but RMK and Lunasol are still by far the best.Then,third place will go to Shu uemera liquid face architect foundation.

This is an excellent foundation for dry skins. I have skin that is dry, clog prone and sensitive and this is one of my favourite foundations (i do have alot of foundations). When I first started using RMK foundations, i purchased the Liquid foundation (which is very good) but lately I was suffering from severe breakouts and rashes on my cheeks and forehead that I felt that I really needed another foundation that provides a heavier coverage. While the liquid foundation is excellent, it didn’t provide me with enough coverage. For reference, I use the shade #202 and it is a good match for my light asian skin with pink undertones.
Therefore, I made a trip to the RMK counter and was advised by the SA to try the Creamy foundation which is supposed to have a heavier coverage. Right after she applied the foundation on me, I loved how it looked on my skin. I would say that the coverage is medium to full depending on how much you use. Oily skins should stay away from this foundation as it might feel sticky on their skin. As with all RMK foundations, there is no need to powder on top but i still do as I feel that it does feel abit sticky right after application. However, that does not bother me because the stickiness goes away after about 5-10 minutes even if you do not powder on top.
The packaging itself is a nice square frosted glass jar with a screw cap. It comes with a nice little spatula for you to scoop the foundation. The only downside is that this foundation is definitely not travel friendly because the glass jar itself is quite heavy.
I paid RM170 for this, which converts to about 56USD and it is pretty pricey compared to other HE brand foundations. However, it is a good price to pay for an excellent product. I will repurchase this for sure when I run out!

Of all expensive liquid / cream foundation I’ve ever tried, this one from RMK is the WORST. I thought that it’s going to be the best substitute for my Cle De Peau Cream Foundation since it’s too expensive but unfortunately, it’s not.
I got this a month ago from Facess, Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui for HKD 340, 30g.
I tried to make myself fall in love with this cream foundation from RMK but unfortunately, I really can’t… First, I got the wrong color. Second, the texture is not smooth to my skin. Third, it’s hard to contour and spread all over my face using my MAC 190 brush. And fourth, my face gets oily that fast. And even though I retouch from time to time, it is still as oily as it is once it starts to get oily.
I don’t like this cream foundation from RMK at all, I hope I can find a good home for this because it’s too expensive! Not a good buy.. Uh-Oh!!!!

I’ve never used a cream foundation before. I always thought they are too heavy. I received a sample of this when I bought the liquid foundation in Hong Kong. To my surprise, I like this one much better than the liquid one. It’s easy to blend, makes my skin look perfect even by the end of the day and not heavy at all. I’ll definetely buy the full size.

As a Japanese make up brand, you know you’re in the right hands if you have Asian skin. Previously, I could never ever find the right shade as I am not super pale like some of my Asian friends but…I am paler than my non-Asian friends. So finding the correct shade was always a little difficult. However, these foundations are formulated with Asian skin in mind so the colours were perfect. I have colour 203 which is the pink tone and it’s like second skin…and I’ve found that it doesn’t oxidise on my skin at all. I was quite worried that it would be a little greasy (MAC foundations make my skin look so greasy) but this stayed flawless! Coupled with the make up base, this foundation does wonders. I might try a lighter shade next time but I am 100% certain that I will use RMK foundations again and again!

I got this at a department store sale, and I loved it. I tried the cream and the liquid at the store and the liquid looked more cakey than the cream….I don’t know why,
the cream one was really natural looking which surprised me since i thought that it would be heavier. It made me look like a had naturally beautiful skin, but I think this needs to be used with a concealer since some of my acne scars still showed. However, this made my dry patches more obvious so you need to prep the skin well before using it.

Me: LLL NC15-20/Highly Sensitive Dry-ish Skin. I have olive green undertones to my skin but a tendency to surface redness. I received a sample sachet of this product and used it once, I unfortunately had an allergic reaction resulting in itchy bumps all over my face which lasted a few days.
Pros: Awesome coverage and an initially flattering finish. I used this for a night out and it had flawless looking full coverage with a satin finish. It didnt look cakey or dry but just right. I found a good colour match with 101 that didnt oxidise throughout the night. The shade actually had a bit of oliveness to it which is hard to find and definitely a plus. I did not use powder and the lasting power was good, when I got home 10 hrs later it had not faded or rubbed off. No fragrance that i could detect was another pro.
Cons: Aside from the allergic reaction, I also found this was too drying for my skin. While it started off looking creamy and smooth, as time went on it felt like it sucked all moisture out of my skin and looked very dry and cakey by the end of the night. This would be more suited to normal-combination, maybe slightly oily skins. While it is creamy in texture, it doesnt feel like it has the moisture content other cream fdts I have tried have. I believe this product is quite $$$ and luckily I only had a sample. I also believe this product comes in a jar which is definitely a con due to the risk of bacteria/contamination but nearly all cream fdts do so I have come to terms with it 😛 Overall, I feel this product would be more suited to more hardy skins than mine, which are more combination/slightly oil and perhaps those in a humid environment. For my sensitive dry skin, I have had more success with Lunasol Water Cream Fdt which I plan to review shortly.
