UPDATE: I was told by JI rep that this foundation needs to be applied over clean skin, no spf first. I always use spf under my foundations so I am struggling with this concept. What you’re supposed to use with this foundation is a powder spf over the top. Tried this way and I still felt like it highlighted my pores and did not look matte after an hour.Just am not getting along with it.
tI was excited that this might be a terrific product for my sensitive combo rosacea skin but it looked patchy and caky immediately. Also highlighted every pore. I bought 2 colors M4 and M6 and thought surely one would be a match. They would have matched if I was yellower in tone. Instead I am a warm neutral, BB Warm sand, MAC NC 20, Chantecaille vanilla, Clinique stone and both these colors were like yellow paint. Foundation was also a little hard to spread out. I used fingers, brush and finally decided finger and BB sponge were the best to get this on my face in an even layer. Very disappointed in this new foundation.
