This is an oily feeling primer for eye shadow. I am using it this winter because my eyelids are dry. I do not think it would be a good choice for most people. I like that it is flesh tone and hides discolorations. It goes on smooth and blends well. It is in a pencil form, and the cap is difficult to remove. It does dry down to a less oily finish, and my shadow stayed in place and did not crease. Overall, its OK. If you have older, crepey and discolorations on your eye lids, you would love this product.
