Initially I was thrilled to come across the Just for Readheads product line. However, after purchasing several of their products, I find that, while the colors are great, the quality is very definitely sub par. Very cheap drugstore quality. Cannot recommend.

My review is for ginger gold, and ginger auburn:
Both ginger gold, and ginger auburn are brown, for natural redheads this may not be a problem unless their hair is a more intense hue . However, they are not the answer for natural brunnettes with red dyed hair who just want to match/cover their hair to their brows. Out of all the browsticks offered ginger gold is the lightest and suitable for really fair copper hair and blondes. In fact ginger gold is one of the lightest colors I’ve seen on the market. While ginger auburn is more of a mahogany color. This brand can only be brought online, but customer service is good. They contacted me ASAP to let me know when something was not in stock and sent me two free gifts for it. Plus they sent me instructions on how to apply this with their : ‘brush a brow’ product that I found helpful. Simply outline the outside of the brow closely to its natural shape, fill in bald spots, and set with powder. If you want thicker looking brows this is a product to consider! This pencil does need to be sharpened, but it glides on easily with minimal tugging or smearing. One thing to consider though is that this product does not list the ingredients online,or the package.

As a redhead, finding products that actually look natural with my skin tone and hair is sometimes challenging. This eyebrow pencil is a great match for my hair color and I think that it would work well with a variety of shades of red hair because it can be layered to get different depths of color. In my experience, the more you add to your brows, the more red they appear. I like this pencil so much because it lasts all day on my eyebrows, is easy to apply, applies neatly, sharpens well, and is a perfect color match.

I have this in gingerAubrun. It is very dark so it has to be applied very lightly, and you have to remove some of the product. However, after, I love it. It looks natural and is the only brow stick that matches my hair. I am going to try it in gingerRed to see if that will be light enough for me. But over all, solid, good product

This is a great brow pencil in general, but it was a bit too orangey for my specific shade of red. However, I’m sure it can look great on redheads with a brighter/lighter color. The cap on the pencil pops off in my purse sometimes, but that is the only flaw to watch out for in its packaging.
Edit: I do have the GingerAuburn shade of this stick, and it is the perfect combination of red and brown for me. When my eyebrows were light strawberry blonde (acne products bleached them) I applied this stick very lightly and achieved a nice medium red color. The stick is very dark so I had to apply it with minimal pressure and kind of rub in the color. I don’t use it anymore, but I would definitely recommend it for those who want a little brow color.

This is a soft pencil that needs to be sharpened and used with a light hand. After I apply it, I gently brush my brows so the color is even, and then I pat on translucent powder to prevent smearing. The GingerRed Brow Stick also makes a good lip liner/color in a russet shade.
I find the prices at Just for Redheads high, but sometimes they have shades that no one else has (GingerRed Brow Stick, for example), so I feel O.K. about paying the price.
Note 6/15/15: When I repurchased this I noticed that the pencil says BrowStick Eyeliner. It seems to be the same product as the GingerRed Brow Stick that I used before.

The shade of this brow stick matches my golden copper red hair perfectly. To achieve a remarkably natural effect I recommend drawing lots of light, short strokes over your brows and taking off excess with cotton-wool tips until the desired color intensity is achieved. Brush your brows with a brow brush afterwards.
I also recommend storing the stick at a cool place in hot weather. Otherwise it gets too waxy.

I’m a big fan of this line. This brow stick is a wonderful color and perfect match to my red hair. I never thought of using it as an eyeliner or lip pencil as Suzi said, but now I just might try that! Great product that when used with gingerred mascara retains your quality of redheadedness. Woohoo!

This is an auburn-hued brow pencil, but it’s more like a multiple-use item to me! I use it more often for lining my eyes and coloring my lips than I do as a brow pencil. The warm tone really makes my eyes look even more blue! On my lips, this is a beautiful color to line and fill in with. Afterwards, I slick on some lip balm or clear lip gloss. I wish I could find a lipstick this exact color! Lots of compliments from this one.
