I have these in Banging Beauty and Oh Honey! I got them because they were on sale. I think they are ok, but they’re not my favorite drugstore false lashes. The Oh Honey is really natural but longer, not very full. They are nice, but I want a little more from falsies. They have a flexible strip, but are also super long in the strip length and I had to cut them down a lot. But I want to try to use the cut pieces as individual lashes. The Banging Beauty are denser and a little doll like. Those types of strip lashes tend to have a very firm strip and it’s hard to keep it on. It’s really up to preference of course, but the line is a little more expensive and I don’t think they’re that great that they are worth it. I personally like Ardell a lot more, especially because they have a great range. But their 120 and wispies are just amazing.

I’ve recently discovered a whole new realm of falsies. I never thought I would ever try false lashes – ever! I have been asked numerous time if my own lashes are real (even one of the beauty experts at Sephora asked me!!).
I decided to give these a whirl on Halloween. I’d have to say that I was actually really impressed with these! They made my eyes POP! It took me about half an hour to put them on (no joke). I wore them to a party but took them off near the end. I noticed that they were in a bit of rough shape and that I wouldn’t be able to use them again 🙁
I picked them up at Claire’s (LOL) for about $10 or $12 CDN. I liked the results so much, that I went to Sephora and picked up a few different kinds! I loved them so much, now I see why so many women wear them! I was surprised how nice these ones were for getting them at Claire’s.
Even though I liked them, I think I’d keep going for higher end brands – but I’m glad I tried them!

I opted for the “Sweetie Pie,” which are the most natural-looking lash strips of the line. They were definitely very subtle and only a slight step up from my normal mascara look, so next time I will definitely go for more longer, fuller lashes. Other lashes from the Katy Perry line include: “Cool Kitty,” “Oh, Honey,” and “Oh, My,” in addition to “Color Pop” lashes in, you guessed it, color.
They lasted 7 HOURS for me, with a good amount of glue. I did no crying in them either, and had no adverse allergic reaction, which is so great, because I’ve been allergic to other lash brands before!
They were also a cinch to take off, using Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover. Wiped right off, no problem.
Compared to other lashes, these were not difficult to put on, even for a novice. I followed all instructions and used a cotton swab to gently pat down the lash and secure the glue on my eye. Took me around 5-7 minutes to apply everything.
These lashes are re-usable as advertised, but so thin that I expect to get only 1-2 more uses out of them. Still, for $7, they are a good bargain. They also come with an extra tiny tube of glue.
I give these lashes 4 stars out of 5, because they are re-usable, easy to apply, and I had no allergic reaction to them. However, they only last 7 hours. Wish they could last longer!
