These eyeliners are little gems, if you can get your hands on them! I’ve seen them in larger Superdrug stores but I don’t think I’ve spotted them elsewhere.
They are waterproof gel-type eyeliners in pencil form, and come in a variety of colours. As is common with gel-type liners, as opposed to the softer powdery kohl types, they do run the risk of drying out over time – so make sure you buy one with the plastic wrap unopened and still in place covering the lid and the pencil. Older pencils will become hard and stiff and won’t deposit colour even when warmed up and pressed firmly – so don’t waste your money, make sure you get an unopened one.
I have had several over the years but my favourites are some of the more unusual colours – sea green, a shimmery teal, pretty petrol, a steely blue, and a shimmery violet one with a name I’ve forgotten. They are comparable to MAC eyeliners but cost a fraction of the price. Once on the lid, they generally stay put, although if you’re like me with oily lids and partially hooded eyes, there might be some smudging at the end of the day. But used on the outer corners and waterline, they have good staying power.
The one thing I don’t like is the pencil – it’s a pain in the backside to sharpen as it’s not like wood pencils, you need a bit more welly to rotate the thing hard enough to get the sharpener blade across it. But I can forgive that as they are good products, especially for the price. Mine last 18-24 months before the liner starts to harden and needs to be thrown out.

First review on here, but this eyeliner is amazing – for the price and quality! Goes on very smoothly, and only smudges slightly by the end of the day (that’s every eyeliner on me except the Milani one, which stays on even after snorkeling but is a pain to remove and doesn’t go on as smoothly). I actually walked into Sephora one day looking for face products and the lady helping me asked me which of their eyeliners I was using (she was surprised when I said it was from Shoppers!). Pretty much a dupe for the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner. If you’re in Canada, Shoppers is currently having a 50% off all GOSH Cosmetics so you could get this for $6 CDN.

Why do I never hear anyone talk about this liner? It is absolute perfection. And a great price, too.
I’m a black liner fanatic, so I’ve tried EVERYTHING and I come back to this one over and over again. I’ve probably repurchased this black liner 6 times. It is buttery smooth and easy to apply, it never transfers and it lasts all day for me. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. I’ve also purchased around 5 other shades of this liner, and each and every one has impressed me. This is the liner I will take to the grave with me.

This is the worst. I genuinely can’t understand how it has received so many glowing reviews. I bought the Truly Brown pencil, as it’s a nice, cool brown. But it’s completely useless for tightlining as it doesn’t leave a mark and just clumps up at the base of my lashes, only to flake off shortly after application. When I applied it lightly under my bottom lashes, it had migrated and gave me raccoon eyes within two hours. I tried putting it on my top lid after applying shadow and again it went on patchy and clumpy.
The pencil itself feels quite dry and not at all creamy like some other reviews say. Maybe I got an old product or a defective batch, but this is so bad I have no desire to spend another $12 to find out.

OOHHHH MYYYY GODDDDDD!
So creamy, so pigmented and so smooth. Easily did a cat eye with this the result with even better than gel eyeliner(maybelline)!
Just to clarify, I bought truly brown and woody green. Haven’t tried the black one and the reviews here aren’t very good on that one
Recommend swatching the colorful ones. I sea you and sky high were so beautiful! Want to buy more…
brown is okay, but the colorful ones are to die for!

Very nice product. I have it in Classic Grey but actually on my eyelids it looks more like blue than grey. Long lasting, no smudges, vibrant color and at the same time creamy. Also for the cheap price definitely make this worth a try. I’ll buy more colors of this when needed.

I use these as eyeshadows, because my eyeliner will always smudge, no matter which one I use (except for Soap and Glory Supecat. BEST EYELINER EVER!!!)
These are so easy to blend and they have so many colours! Very creamy pencil formula. Lovely if you want to add a touch of colour just above your eyeliner, or all over the lid! Beautiful!!

I’ve got it in Black Ink waterproof. The only two reasons why I would repurchase it are that it doesn’t smudge (only a little after 8 hours of wearing), even if it’s raining or snowing, and it’s suitable for contact lens wearers. However, I hate that it runs out very soon (before it I used Artdeco one which lasted for 2 years) and is not easy to apply.

I used this to tightline my upper lashes. It could not even survive the 15 minute walk to campus. It had smudged all over and gave me raccoon eyes. :/ I’m glad I got it for free from Shoppers.

I found the black one in my moms makeup bag, and I secretly put it on… And I loved it! It glides oh so smoothly on my eyelids. I have to say, it’s my favourite one, since all the other scratched my eyelids, were to dull, or had a crayon-like texture. I also got my mom to buy the white one for me, I haven’t opened it yet, but I’m keeping it fresh in my fridge for a special occasion! I also love the matte packaging, and I think it’s definitely worth the money! I got mine in Shoppers Drug Mart (canada), and they have such amazing products!
