I’m not sure how I feel about this yet; I’ve only used it for about a week and it’s very different than any of the MANY MANY liquid liners I’ve used before because the applicator is not brush like, not felt tip…. it’s very very stiff plastic (I think?) but surprisingly it still applies nicely though a little thicker than ideal.
On the plus side- this stuff wears like iron! It doesn’t budge after working out, and even sleeping in it (bad I know! But I crashed with makeup on recently and I was surprised to see fully intact non smudged liner the next morning.
I got this at a dollar store- for that price you can’t go wrong – try it

I’ve only come across this once in my vast travels I did buy it & found the tip to be too broad for my liking. It was fairly smudge resistant but the tube dried out after a cpl of months so I had to toss it. I’d buy it again, yes, but for $1 it’s not worth pomp & circumstance. The LAC regular liquid liner in the mascara tube which is getting kind of scarce to find is just as good! Or the thin tip eyeliner from LAC. I recommend both of those or elf liquid if you want to spend only $1 & waterproof isn’t important to you. It was more water resistant than the other LAC thou I will give it that! And it was inky sooty black. I like my eyeliner as black as my soul, on a whorish level of black & this is it!! #itiswellwithmysoul

No no no. Just no! I’m not picky when it comes to makeup. I’m all for giving dollar store makeup a chance…….this eyeliner however is one of the worst.
Firstly the liquid spills all over the cap. Its a very messy application. Then comes the reason I hate this liner…..the tip. It’s not flexible or anything! It’s stiff, hard, and pretty much looks like the tip of those feather pens from the olden times where they had to be dipped into the liquid ink. That’s how I felt putting this liner on.
The formula is the same formula as the original liquid liner from this brand. Its very watery and dries to a finish that flakes all over the place.
All in all don’t buy this.
