I am a huge fan of gel liner but this one disappoints. I’ll start with the pros since there is more negatives…
Pros:
– super pigmented
– stays on all day
– doesn’t crease
Cons:
– dries way too fast (I mean come on, it was $23… I’d like to use it more than twice!!!)
– Not a lot of liner in the jar
– Awkward to apply (seriously unless you have a really stiff brush -or want to pay the $16 for the brush they sell for this eyeliner- doing super precise winged eyeliner is out of the question… it’s good for smudging though)
– hard to take off (I love that it stays on, but when it’s time to take it off, even my most trusted makeup remover barely does the trick)
– expensive (I get that it’s Urban Decay but why such a high price when there’s so little in the pot and it dries out super fast?!)
honestly, I wouldn’t buy this product again… unless they changed the formula to where it’s more workable and doesn’t dry out.

The color is great, very intense black however the texture changes very very quickly. The formula is dry, difficult to get on your eye without dragging on the lid and ends up clumping on the lid. Much prefer some of the other gel liners out there as opposed to this.

This eyeliner is good when you first have it, but it dries EXTREMELY fast. But, it is a very good eyeliner, however, it does this weird thing when i take it off. It makes where it was on my skin, green. Like a light green and it almost stains my eye. It only does this it i remove it with a makeup wipe. When i wash it with face wash, then it goes away but it’s just weird it does it at all. I would maybe buy it again but i don’t know.

Overall, this is a good liner but not the most spectacular, especially for the money. The pigmentation is excellent and very opaque, but it seems to clump up on every brush I’ve tried. It also seems to wind up on my lower lid at the end of the day, no matter what. A little tip regarding the dryness: I added a few drops of glycerin to the surface, which has definitely helped to keep it moist and makes it much smoother and easier to apply (especially if you’re tightlining with it).

I was so excited when Urban Decay came out with this gel liner and I had high expectations…..WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! This gel liner is horrible…it dried so fast and I couldn’t even use half of it before it became dry. Don’t buy this!!!

This eyeliner was suggested to me by the lovely ladies at my local Ulta because I was looking for a dramatic eyeliner that was absolutely waterproof and smudge proof for my wedding last May. It was fabulous for the wedding – I cried like a baby all day and it didn’t smudge a bit – but literally, and I’m not even kidding, about a week later I noticed it was drying out a bit. I have a cheaper liner that I use on a daily basis (I reserve the dramatic gel eyeliner for special occasions and date nights), so I had literally used this Urban Decay liner maybe twice since the purchase date at that one week later point. Fast forward to now, 6 months later – it is completely dry and hard as a rock. I’ve still only used it maybe 10 times? And now I am forced to use water to even get any on my eyeliner brush, which dilutes the pigment. Horrible product for the expensive price. I used to use Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner in a similar pot and it lasted me forever and was amazing. Will be going back to that product and never purchasing the UD eyeliner again!

I bought this a few months ago and at first it performed spectacularly. However, fast forward to now and i’ve found that it’s drying out!! this has never happened to any of my MAC fluidlines, some of which i’ve had for almost 4 years. It’s hard to get on the brush and when applied, it’s very dry and tugs at my eyelids. I’d expect this if it were a year old, but it’s unacceptable for the price that it dries out within 3 months. Keep in mind that I keep it tightly closed and upside down. I think the issue may be that the lid does not seem to screw on correctly either – it’s always a bit lopsided. For some reason i didn’t notice this until about a month in (i used it very infrequently when i first bought it), and by then i had already lost the receipt and so couldn’t return. ugh ugh ugh.

LOOVVVVEEEEEE !!!! I have been having such a hard time trying to find a good liner I had the stila stay all day and it faded real fast on my lid and smudged like crazy I tried a bunch of gel liners from drugstore the Maybelline one everyone praises was straight trash for me I tried with the brush they give and my own brushes and its probably the worst gel liner I have ever used besides the ulta brand (gross)
Anyway i have been wanting the inglot gel liner which is really affordable and I hear lasts all day but… I cant buy things online im inpatient and I need the satisfaction of being able to use whatever I just spent my money on so I went to ulta and all the associates said to get the benefit their real and that was not happening so i got this after hearing lustrelux from YouTube talk about this and her make up is always on point and WOW I am so happy I did it is super pigmented really black its matte its creamy one swipe and you get color plus here in the phoenix summer heat it has not melted off my face yet which is amazing normally im not outside just getting in and out of my car and my eyeliner get gunky and smudge just from a few minutes in heat and this has not im really so happy I don’t know why more people are not talking about this

I am a massive Urban Decay fan, and I really wanted to like this. At first, I did. It’s super black and it didn’t smudge or transfer on me at all. Which is nice, given that I have oily lids that are getting drooper with each passing day.
However. It dries fast on the lid, and if you need to go back in and fix it, it flakes all over the place. The product is drying out quickly in the pot as well, and it gunks up my brushes like crazy. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to work with, which is disappointing given the price. Back to my Laura Mercier liner, which isn’t nearly as black but doesn’t require me to de-flake my entire face before leaving the house. :/ Disappointing.
