PROS:
Nice deep matte black.

Cons:
Too much product comes out on the applicator so you have to scrape it off a bit.
Runs at the slightest bit of moisture around your eyes. So if your eyes water just a little bit it will run and smear everywhere! My entire lid was covered when we had a humid day.

I still give it a 4 because it is a nice liner and it’s only $4.50.

Not “superlast” exactly, but it does last quite well. The one I got is the Matt style.
It won’t be replacing my Rimmel Exaggerate liner. The wing parts of the lines tend to smear a bit, when using this. The wand is just ridicilous, big and long and you have to be careful when pulling it out, so it won’t splash on you. I use a separate wand with a thinner tip.

I’m actually pretty impressed with this liner. The formula is fantastic, I use an eyeshadow primer underneath and it doesn’t smudge unless you really rub your eye. It removes pretty easily with regular makeup remover. Is SUPER black and matte. Love it!
