My go to for a black pencil is Belle Pierre waterproof. I like to tightline my upper lid, but leave my bottom lid plain (with my wrinkles and bags, the less going on down there, the better.) and it’s hard to find a liner that can glide on without transferring. Since Belle Pierre is sometimes tough to find, and I was impressed with this brands liquid liner, I gave it a go. Goes on smooth and stays put. No transfer. And at the price point, it’s a no Brainer. I just hope that the one that was left at the store isn’t an indication of future selling out.

Picked this up at Walmart in Dark Chocolate. It reminds me of the old crayon liners in the 80’s. Its creamy but matte. Stays on all day. The color is perfect if you dont want black liner during the day. IT’s a neutral colour. You can smudge it a bit but not really necessary. I will be trying the other colours too. Even tho it lasts all day, its really easy to remove too. I like that it doesnt make my eyes itchy or like I have something caked on them. and fragrance free! Very important for me.

These are new in Hard Candy’s lineup at Walmart and I’ve been looking forward to trying them.
I bought two of these-Bronze Champion and Deep Sea. Deep Sea looked like a dupe for my beloved Urban Decay Junkie pencil, so I had to get it. I like to use bronze to outline and/or highlight over my liner so that’s why I got the other color too. Deep Sea is very similar to Junkie, a medium blue-green, but it lacks Junkie’s gold sparkle and has a subtle silver shimmer instead.
The formula of these has less immediate color pay off than I’m used to in a liner, but with a few layers I can make it work. They’re not as creamy as UD liners but not so hard it’s like using a Crayola pencil.
As for staying power, I took a long nap in humid weather with Deep Sea on my top lid and Bronze Champion on the bottom, and neither moved at all. Very impressive.
Overall, for the awesome value of $5 each, I think these are worth the buy.
