I have spent so much time and money looking for a pencil eyeliner which actually stays on. Until lately I have been using Wonder 2 which is very expensive about $30.00 for one. However I have now found the best eyeliner I have ever used. It is Milani Stay Put liner It costs about seven dollars. It comes in three colors at least there were only three where I bought it but I have not looked online at their website so there could be more colors. I have never had an eyeliner that stays on so well. When they say it is waterproof and lasts sixteen hours they are not kidding. I have used their eyeliners before and always liked them, but this is a NEW one. It is better then any of their others or for that matter anyones. I bought #02 Semi-Sweet which is a medium dark brown color. They also had black and I think burgundy. I really like it and hope anyone who reads this and tries it will too. I will be buying more colors especially black.
