Love this stuff bought the blue, white, brown and black. I actually use this on my brows a lil goes a long way. Container lasts me way over a year. I use the white on my lower lid and it stays put. Bargain. I’m glad I found a gem at the 99 cent store.

I got this in heavenly pink and sunshine and I don’t think there good eyeliners but I think there good eye shadows they don’t stay on long for an eye liner but are good eye shadows with primer I’d buy this for an eyeliner

I picked up this eyeliner gel at my local Ross.
Pros: the included brush is great, and application is super smooth. One of my best experiences applying any sort of liner.
Cons: My lids get somewhat oily, and it did not stay AT ALL! I used primer and eyeshadow to ‘set’ the liner as suggested in another review, but it did not help. After just a few hours, I looked like I had panda eyes.
I’d say the brush makes the price worth it (the brush is going straight into my lineup of brushes), but I won’t be using the actual product again.

I got this eyeliner a long time ago (a few years now) in black and a few other colors and I have to say, the black is terrible. At first it was way too wet and never set properly. It would always smudge under my eyes and even when I set it with black eyeshadow, it would still smudge. I would end up spending the entire day, cleaning up under my lower lash line or I would look like I have raccoon eyes. One nice thing though about it is that it is so wet that even after having it for years, it has not dried out. I also have the silver color, which is very pretty but I use that more as an eyeshadow base rather than an eyeliner and that seems to work nicely.

I bought this for a great deal in Amazon; four different colors for $5. I got black, green, violet and brown, and they came in their small containers with some really good small brushes. I gave away the brown and green ones to my cousin since I figured I wasn’t going to use them anyway. So far I love them! They glide softly and the application with the brush is really easy, makes you a pro on applicating without effort.
The down side to this, if you have greasy lids like my cousin, the staying power will be close to nothing. The product did not last on her for even half an hour on itself. They won’t stay for long unless you set them with an eyeshadow that’s the same color. I haven’t had a problem with them, but I did notice the color can fade away throughout the day, it can last approximately 8 hours max.
I think it’s a great purchase, and you get a whole lot of product for a small amount of money. I bought this on 2011 and there’s still a lot of product in the container, and the consistency hasn’t changed ( I always do a sanitary application with gel eyeliners). I recommend you try it if you have an extra buck in your purse! 🙂

I had never heard of Starry brand before, but I bought this on a whim at Ross in the clearance bin for about $1.00 – because I figured anything that cheap was worth a try. I have been using it ever since! The color I have is Black Asphalt. I use it with my flat eyeliner brush (which is like MAC’s 212 brush, only I’ve had mine so long I don’t remember where I got it and there’s no name on it). I use it to “push” the eyeliner on, much like Wayne Goss explains in his eyeliner tutorial on YouTube. This works much better for me because I have deep-set eyes. This gel does not smudge or smear, and it looks perfect all day. It comes off very easily with my regular eye makeup remover. I’m sure this jar will last me forever because I’ve barely made a dent, but I will keep looking for it at that price so I can stock up! I don’t know how it compares to higher priced gels, but if you can find this one for a steal, snatch it up!

I was running late for work today and I realize I forgot to put eyeliner on. So I ran to a store called June (i work in a mall) and asked if they have eyeliner. She told me it was new so I bought it in Midnight Blue. It comes with its own brush, at first I wasn’t getting anything on the brush and I thought oh great its fry, but I finally broke the top layer and it applied so nice and I LOVE the brush which I usually hate the brushes that cone with products. I was able to do a great wing on my eyes. I also put it on my watering but it wasn’t very dark so I don’t think it would work for that. I gave the packaging a 2 because it was in a huge box and I feel they wasted so much paper. Overall I would and think I am going to buy this product from now on and in all the colors.

Found this at my local Ross. The price was very cheap and the packaging was nicely done.
It’s very easy to apply and comes with it’s own brush. The texture is soft and it glides on well. It doesn’t smudge and is truly waterproof. One of the best underrated eyeliner gels.
