Perhaps the worst eyeliner I’ve ever used. These eyeliners are not creamy at all. Prepare to bear down and drag on the delicate skin around your eyes. And then repeat. No color? Don’t be surprised. I bought two shades of this eyeliner and both lacked color payoff. The application was pointless. And even after going over again, you could barely see a hint of color. Definite waste of money. Never again.

MEP-03 Topaz is a bright smoked royal blue with silver shimmers. Goes on smoothly without tugging, no need to re-sharpen mid-application as this pencil keeps its precise point for longer. No smudging on my oily eyelids and no annoying shimmers all over the face like other brands do on me. This eyeliner stays put perfectly all day but the brightness fades on me after 5 – 6 hours. I can do a touch-up mid-day to gain back the beautiful brighter blue, but its fine if I don’t too. I love this eye liner its so easy to get a precise line and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyelids. But I’d probably get a different color next time. Reasonably priced.
