This is it!! I’ve found my holy grail black eyeliner for my waterline. This doesn’t irritate my very sensitive and watery eyes at all. It also glides on easily and does not budge all day. Zero smudging. It’s a miracle. I’ve tried everything from Dior to NARS to giorgio Armani and Rimmel is the best for my waterline. I also use it to tightline my upper lashline. It’s so black and pigmented it gives me the sultry look I’m going for. I love it more than the Milani stay put eyeliner which was my previous hg. Scandaleyes does not budge.

I bought this eyeliner in the Green 006 and the Deep Wine 010 and I bought them specifically for those two colors because they both looked so good in the store as does the color Gold 009.
Both the Green 006 and the Deep Wine 010 look good on me as well and the Deep Wine 010 is such a lovely color. I found them to be long lasting throughout the day and they didn’t move around my eyes or start to migrate everywhere LOL And when I first applied them they were easy to smudge around my eyes for a softer look.
They don’t irritate my eyes either. Some reviews online say that these eyeliners don’t sharpen well with pencil sharpeners but I’ll see how all that works out for me to see if I should buy them again.
So far when I sharpen these same eyeliners with my Pat McGrath Labs pencil sharpener then they sharpen up perfectly fine meaning they sharpen back to an actual point again.

I bought this on a whim. I was in a huge rush and I did not want any product made in China. This is made in France and for $5.99 it works just fine. It is a nice shade of medium brown and I like the soft pencil. I set my under eye area afterwards with a quick swipe of translucent powder. I only used it under my bottom lash & with a bit of mascara I looked presentable in under 5 minutes. Winner.

I have this in the black and the brown and love how creamy it is and glides with a nice rich color onto my waterline. I do not use this to line my top lid as it would smear too much, but it works well on the lower and gives a nice fade throughout the day without flaking off or giving me raccoon eyes. I have never found a liner to stay all day on my waterline (gels, creams, pencils, powders). I’ve tried UD 24/7 and love how creamy those glide on as well, but they smudge like crazy. So I will continue to repurchase these until I find something better that can last all day, because it’s affordable, easy to pick up at the drugstore and gives me a nice creamy rich color with a gradual fade.

I have this in brown . Lost my first one and repurchased . Love it coz it is relatively soft and there is less drag, I don’t mind thicker lines so this works fine , relatively non smearing . Love the tone of the brown too . Overall, I love it coz it is soft enough without being too soft .

Not a fan of this one. The formula is too soft for any kind of precision lining, and oftentimes it smears before I have even finished my makeup, no matter how many layers of liner-shadow-liner-shadow I pile on. The pencil doesn’t sharpen easily or well either. That said, I gave it two lippies because the colors are really lovely — both the black and the deep brown shades I tried are rich and heavily pigmented. Too bad they don’t last even an hour!

The two main things I love about this liner are the incredible jet black pigment and the smoothness with which it applies. However, this doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to on my waterline even with a black eyeshadow over the top (maybe 4 hours) despite its claims of being waterproof. It also kind of crumbles into my eye and causes some irritation after I have had it on for several hours, but that’s probably because I put it on so thick for maximum blackness. Also, it’s a bit difficult to sharpen and if you’re not careful a lot of product can be wasted. If it lasted longer and didn’t irritate my eyes, I’d give it a 5.

I got as a freebie for buying a MASCARA. It’s difficult to blend and smudges

This is the eyeliner that meets all of my criteria. I love soft eyeliners that glide on easily and that have slightly larger tips. It does transfer, but I set it with black eyeshadow after putting it on.

I bought this Kajal after watching Nathalie Mary key review. And it’s the worst ever Kajal with thick tip and it does not sharpen well at all. I am not going to follow her reviews not, so disappointing and waste of money.
