The one thing my eyeliner has to do is not smudge. Unfortunately this product misses the mark. Raccoon eyes smudgy mess in a few hours. I got the intense charcoal ivy. It’s a green ivy in the tube but goes on a lot lighter, a soft green. Not enough pigment. goes on smoothly but smudged and disappears. Love the twist up automatic pencil with smudger tip on end but product lacks longevity. Skip this one.

I wish I could find this color in a cheaper brand. I think it’s so expensive for an eyeliner, but I love this color so much. I guess it’s not really expensive compared to Dior or Chanel, but it is to me. I love how soft it goes on my lid, and the little smudge brush is just cool. The color is beautiful with green or brown eyes. It’s a dark olive green with a bit shimmer and it’s just gorgeous. There are days when I just don’t want to wear black, and brown makes me look sickly…This shade is beautiful with so many different shadows too.

I adore the colour and the twist-up delivery system is my preference, but this is one of those rare occasions where, in my opinion, the GWP is far better than the full size version as it’s thinner and firmer in consistency so gives a sharper line with more control. I’ve been through about six of these in Ivy alone so it’s not just bad luck. I will keep re-purchasing but only in the GWP size.

I still use eyeliner of some sort when I go out, otherwise my eyes disappear behind glasses. But increasingly I find myself searching for a softer look, easier to apply also. This pencil is soft (maybe a little too soft) and the color Ivy is lovely with my hazel eyes, brings out the green in a good way. It does NOT go on as smoothly as I would like but you can use the sponge applicator on the other end to smooth it.It does last a long time and gives a nice soft effect overall but plays up your eyes.

Love this liner from my HG line. It’s a beautiful unique green that while being a true green (not closer to brown like a lot of green eyeliners) it’s still totally wearable. I like the metallic quality and the slight shimmer. Like all Quickliner Intense liners, it lasts all day and doesn’t really smudge. I have dark hair, olive complexion and dark brown eyes and really like the effect of the green. It makes my eyes look lighter and is fun in the summer when I don’t really want to wear a harsh black all the time. I will buy this again and again.
