I don’t see much difference between the 2 ends except that one is fatter. This works best for waterlining & great for the tear duct inner corners also brow highlights (under brow), I sadly also think this has been DC coz I never see it at stores but I don’t go to many stores that has an elf display like target just the little displays the ones on the spinner (Walmart neighborhood market mainly is my source for ELF), I’m afraid that wetnwild pixie is DC too so the only other option for shimmer DS pencil is NYX Cottage Cheese. I can’t easily get NYX only if I go to target or Ulta & I can’t walk good so i can only go inside target if they have electric shoppers available & of course none at Ulta so I’m stuck ordering online mostly & I hate paying shipping!!). I normally use some highlighter or a white frosty e/s as highlight or I have some BH Cosmetics highlight pencils that are dual ended) I use a sponge tipped applicator to apply them. I will never run out of Jeffree star skin frost Ice Killer highlighter so I use that as a highlight but it’s starker than this ELF pencil. The ELF pencil was perf coz it was subtle, had a bit of a pinky slip shape it was more translucent less glitter more of a sheen I love it & im hoarding mine!!!

For some reason, when I bought this a thought the liner would be white and the cream shadow would be a sheen. After all, I’d read as much from reviews all over the Internet.
Well, the liner isn’t the kind of widening waterline white I’d hoped it would be. Yeah, it was pearly, after which it was named. (Don’t know what I was thinking, haha.)
The cream shadow looks more pink in the tube but looks the same as the liner when applied to my skin. It’s kind of frustrating having a double ended product when they both look identical on me.
I love brightening and highlighting products, but these really don’t have great staying power on me. If I put it on my tear duct or something it’ll be gone in 30 minutes. I’ve used the cream shadow part as a highlighter under my brows and on my face, but the product feels oily and heavy, sometimes hard to blend. Yeah, I can make it work, but I don’t reach for it with joy. I’d rather use one of NYX’s shimmery jumbo eye pencils, or Benefit’s Watt’s Up. More expensive, but they have more product and are easier to work.
Shame I didn’t like this–one of the few ELF duds in my book. Won’t repurchase. 🙁

I absolutely adore this product. It works amazing for brightening up one’s eyes. It can really make your eyes come alive (in a good way!). When I need to make my eyes really pop, I reach for this product each time.
I own multiples of this product at home. As, it adds an instant wow factor to your eyes. More people definitely need to give this product a try!

I love this eyeliner/shadow duo! The shadow looks lighter when you put it on but the liner is what you see, white. I use the liner to line my bottom lashes and I find that it makes my eyes pop. I don’t really use eyeshadow on a daily basis so I use the shadow part for highlighting the inner corners of my eyes. Overall good product. The shadow part is easily blend-able and the liner can be used as a smudge. It is shimmery so if you wanted something that was matte this is not the product for you. I would definitely buy it again…only downside is that I can’t seem to find it in stores anymore, I think they only sell it online now 🙁
