At first I thought I liked this product. The color is a very dark black when it is first applied, but it fails as the day goes on. I only use this on my water line but it smudges like crazy, probably the worst smudging i’ve ever experienced with a pencil. I guess it would be good if I want to create a smokey eye but on the days i just want to accentuate my eyes with a quick outline, it ends up looking trashy towards middle of the day. It’s very hard to make a precise line with this product, but it does go on smooth if you need it to. I probably won’t repurchase.

This is a very black eyeliner that looks great and stays great inside lashes and above. It smudges by far the best compared to every other I have tried very smooth formula.

this stuff sucks! it’s impossible to get any kind of sharp line, and this stuff smudges like crazy.. it’s good for making smudgy looks I guess. The lid to this cracked very soon and I had to super glue it.

Smudges like crazy!

I did not buy this in black, I bought this in Cocoa 135.
In a pinch I would buy this again but this is not a great eyeliner.
The reason I would buy again is that it is easy to find a drug store or
grocery store. When I am in a bind and not enough time I would grab
one. The kind of eyeliner you keep in your purse or car just in case
you need it.
Pros:
I love the auto self advancing pencil.
The color 135 Cocoa is perfect for my light skin with hazel eyes.
It is perfect for lining the outside of the eye around the lashes.
It smudges in a way to create almost shadow like appearance.
If you have thin eye lashes this can make them look thicker.
Glides on nicely, no tugging. Washes off fairly easy.
Cons:
This is not for waterlining. Don’t bother it won’t last.
This does NOT last all day. 4-6 hours maybe but nothing more.
The price is high for the quality and .01 oz of eyeliner you are buying.
Glides on BUT it smudges. If you want a defined line this is not it.
There are better eyeliners out there for the money.

This liner has a very dark black and creamy formula. It comes in an automatic pencil, where you twist the bottom end to bring more product out to use. It is one of THE WORST liners I have ever used. It smudges, melts, and fades way too much. The lasting power of this is horrible. It smudges on me within minutes of applying. I really want to find a good pencil eyeliner, but this product has pushed me back to using my trusty liquid liners.

Pretty bad. I bought this for waterlining, and it came up as a light grey even after doing a few lines. It’s way too expensive for what it is. It might not be too bad for a lining the top lash line, but it’s too subtle for me.

This is my favorite eyeliner! I was used to using Clinique’s Quickliner, so I knew what good eyeliner was all about. Well, this stuff is just as good as Clinique’s, only so so much cheaper. It’s smooth, good color, lasts a while. I’m very pleased with this.

I prefer a pencil for tightlining/lining the waterline, because it makes me nervous to use a gel or a liquid that close to the eyes, and I like that this is self-advancing because I always lose sharpeners. The pencil is soft and goes on easily, like a kohl, which is nice for the waterline especially. It smudges like crazy, though. It just doesn’t stay put at all, which I find very frustrating.
I can’t recommend this, especially for the price (I think I paid almost $9).

I’m quite disappointed with this product. It doesn’t produce a lasting nice dark, dense black colour, more an off-greyish black. I mean when you first apply it, it does look nice and black, but that doesn’t last long. It smudges really easily and during the day I actually get panda eyes and thus there is barely any eyeliner left where it’s meant to be. At the end of the day, it looks like I’ve applied a weird greyish cream eyshadow hurriedly…not what I’m looking for in an eyeliner. Much cheaper, pencil eyeliners do a better job.
