I wanted to love this product so badly! A Walmart exclusive, this line by Drew Barrymore is so pretty, and feminine, and I love seeing the displays. Unfortunately, this eyeliner did nothing for me. Dry with no pigmentation; I couldn’t get it to show up on my eyelid. I don’t know if the one I bought was just a dud or not, but this has landed in the ‘no’ pile for me. What’s really disappointing is its very affordable, and I love the pen tip, so it’s too bad that I couldn’t love this more.

this eyeliner was garbage . when i opened it it was all dry and barely showed up on the eyes,
don’t waste your money buy the l’oreal or maybelline liners.

I got the black liner but I can’t imagine it being much different. I liked the rose gold packaging more. But whatever, the tip was really nice, flexible yet stiff. My biggest issue is the complete lack of pigmentation. Pinup liner is my signature. And this does not fit the bill for that. And it does not build up. I was really disappointed. Will not be buying this again.

This is one of those products that I’ve come around slowly to, but did come around. It’s not super pigmented as others have stated but I’m so fair, that’s ok. I have it in black. The thing I love about it is that it STAYS PUT until I take it off. The price isn’t horrible ($7 @ Wal-Mart). I’m on my second one and would recommend and repurchase.

I was so disappointed with this eyeliner! It is unpigmented and took several passes before I could get the color to build up enough that I could see it. Even when I layered line after line, the brown shade was so light. The packaging looks and feels inexpensive, and I paid around $8 – too much for the quality of this liner.

I really wanted to love this product, since I am a huge fan of the FLOWER cosmetics.
First of, the packaging looks very cheap (what happened to the beautiful sleek rose gold??). It kind of looks like a dollar store marker for coloring.
The felt tip is OK, but for some reason it is extremely dry. Maybe I got it from a bad batch (it was the first item I bought when the line first came out in Walmart) and I literally had to hold it under running water to get it saturated with moisture and work! I also couldn’t draw a perfect line with this one since it kept coming off streaky and dry.
The staying power is OK, it doesn’t smutch or flake off.
But just the overall quality of the product is weak.

First, what this liquid liner isn’t. It isn’t a vivid, heavily-pigmented color for a bold, graphic look. Other liquids work for that.
Now, what it is. It is a versatile, well-made liner, that has become a workhorse for me.
Superficial part of the review: beautiful packaging matters to me, and the sleek, white pen fills the bill.It
The tip has a good balance between firm/bendy, so that I can easily dot it between lashes, or draw varying thicknesses of line, including the finest, barely-there lines. For this reason, as well as it’s neutral shade of brown ( no noticeable reddish tint at all ), this liquid liner works very well for me as a brow pen.
It is not heavily pigmented. I don’t recommend it for bold looks. However, it works very well for a number of other uses. I wear it often for work, as it looks polished. I use it as a barely-there liner for my lower lashes, since I don’t like to wear mascara on the lower lashes. I use it when I want a natural-looking tightline, and many other ways.
One way Flower liquid e/l works beautifully is as a primer underneath a less long-lasting pencil liner or powder e/s-as-liner. many liquid liners are too heavy to do this, but Flower is truly a liquid, and it’s sheer texture plus it’s neutral brown make it ideal to prime under many shades of brown/taupe/khaki.It intensifies the color of the other e/l, and makes it last all day . Perfect for e/l but no e/s looks.
Flower liquid e/l doesn’t budge, even after 12 hours, but it comes off easily ( I use an oil cleanser).
I’ve raved so much that I feel I must add that I’m not affiliated in any way.
