Firstly, I am not a Fan at all of Eyeliners that Look like Magic Markers but this one is a Gem. Product is Thick with an Angled Tip for the Purpose if if you want your Liner Thin or Thick. It glides on very Solid so you don’t have to go over many times for applying. Once dried, it stays on and doesn’t smudge or Crack on the lid. This is only for the Top Lid, I would not recommend this for the Bottom Lid. I would Purchase this again.

i have this eyeliner in my collection i must admit that there is a learning curve to this liner it can get very “Graphic”very quickly, however it is very black gives a good eight hours wear my one wish is that the tip would be smaller maintaining the same shape but a more slender shape overall not a big as an actual marker .Its not something i’d repurchased after using up this one or it dries out whichever comes first.

The marker is a decent idea, but poorly executed. When it works, it’s a good, controllable way to get different shapes and thicknesses of eyeliner. But it has several problems:
1. The ‘ink’ does not go on opaquely, it looks streaky and grey, and trying to build it up to opacity is messy and unpredictable.
2. Since it’s felt, the point of the marker disintegrates. Sometimes it does this while you’re using it and it messes up your precise lines.
3. Since it’s felt, the point of the marker does not stay pointy.
4. The packaging isn’t great – the lid is hard to get off, and whenever I use it, the lid comes off but the plastic ‘sleeve’ inside the lid, that’s meant to protect and keep the marker moist, gets stuck on the actual marker. It’s really hard to get off. I have to use my teeth. And then I splatter ink everywhere. This is my fault, I know, but the lid should come off properly in the first place!
5. It fades and runs with wear and moisture.
I tend not to use this eyeliner and I won’t buy it again. Fun to play around with, though.

It draws out super watery and sheer. Its impossible to draw a proper line with this unless you’re going for a thick cateye, which I can also do with a regular eyeliner in much less time.

I love it, I’ve used it forever to get it every month because I’d be able to cateye every day.
Now I can’t find it anymore 🙁

I use liquid eyeliner everyday, if not 6 out of the 7 days. I had hope this would become one of my everyday go to as it looked quite promising.
Unfortunately this eyeliner did not work out for me. I have oily lids but I prime them most days. I have tested this eyeliner out with and without primer but it made no difference. The eyeliner smudged, transferred and faded quite quickly. I ended up looking like a panda.
Also it dried up pretty quickly. I don’t use it all the time but I always ensure it is properly stored so the tip doesn’t dry out.
This formula and product just didn’t work out for me 🙁

Actually, I’m surprised about all those bad reviews. I thought it was great, just not for me. It’s really black, it goes on smoothly and flawlessly. It was hard to make a thin line, but for a dark black, perfect graphic line, it’s great. It’s just not for me, I prefer a less bold look.
I’ve been using this for more than 6 months and it’s working just fine, so it’s lasting a long long tine.

This product just wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. 🙁
The only positive things about this product was that the price wasn’t too bad and that it was the right shade of black.
Now, the negatives. The application was way too thick for my liking (although I can’t be too surprised because it was a marker/pen), it often burned my eyes, and it gave me a raccoon look whenever I tried to remove it, which often took more than one makeup remover wipe to do so.
I wouldn’t recommend this product and I will never get it again. I’m better off using my retractable eyeliner.

The formula for this eyeliner was really inconsistent. Sometimes, and especially at the beginning, the formula was great, bold and had great staying power, and I loved it. Most of the time, however, it came out very watery and diluted, and looked awful on. The BIGGEST problem for me, though, was that the little protective cap that is usually glued into the outer cap got stuck on the liner, and I could not pull it off, leaving the liner unusable. TWICE.
This eyeliner is relatively cheap, but I think that you should look elsewhere.

This has to be the worst eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on like water, doesn’t make an opaque line and skips across your eyelid. I HAD to smudge it to make it presentable. Within the hour my coworkers asked me if I was tired. I looked in the mirror and all of it had migrated to the undereye area. What a mess! Usually you can buy a great to OK liner from Maybelline but not this one. CVS I’m taking it back! Run the other way. This is crap.
