I just bought Artdeco Long Lasting Liquid Liner in black (01) (it comes in several different colors) two weeks ago and have used it 4 times now, every time in very hot and rainy summer weather, when humidity is above 90%. It costs around 10EUR in Europe.
I first tried tester product in a store, loved the intense black color and very thin tip of the liner. Purchased it without any hesitation. Then came back home, unpacked my new liner and was shocked. My liner had no ink in it at all! Had to go back and exchange it into a new one which was great again, just like the first tester I tried. Not sure if the previous product was just my bad luck or if Artdeco really has many defected products out there. Highly recommend to unpack your liner in the store and try it out right after purchasing.
Back to the good news: it IS long lasting. Each time I was wearing it since around 11am until very late night and had no issues with it at all. The color remains the same throughout the day, it does not fade nor smudge on me. Application is super easy and fast, and gives you a very precise thin line.
My only worry is if it is going to perform this well for a long time. If the ink dries out sooner than I expect, I will definitely come back here and update my review. But so far no regrets! 🙂

I despise this product. After moving to Korea I was on the hunt for an marker tip liquid liner that was a dark black color and would stick during the hot humid 36 degree Celcius days.
This eyeliner completely failed. It was definitely overpriced in Korea. I paid around $22 for it in Korea, I’m sure it’s much cheaper in Europe.
This product was rubbish and from the first day I used it I completely regretted buying it. The color isn’t dark, the pen tip doesn’t stay properly ‘inky’ and moist. This is the first liquid eyeliner I’ve had (of so so many) that actually sweated off within 2 hours!!!
Absolute waste of money, a year later it still makes me angry that I wasted money on this rubbish product. Just because it’s expensive does not mean it’s any good.
