This SUCKS!!! Hands down probably the worst eyeliner product in the world. It was black for about five seconds before turning into a watery gray color. The tip was difficult to handle and the product got everywhere. I’m glad I only spent about $2 on it because it just straight up died after the 5th use. The FIFTH!!!!! How this product is allowed to be sold I have no idea. Avoid at all costs.

I got this on sale, $5.99, and I’m glad because it did NOT last for many uses.
When I first opened the package I liked that it was small, about the length of an index figure, so it would be good for travel. Also, the cap needs to be unscrewed. It’s not just a simple cap that you pull off, which I think is good, no accidents, like the cap coming off easily.
The eyeliner has a felt tip that was pretty solid so when I started using it, it didn’t feel that smooth, pulling along my eye a little. I have sensitive eyes but I was able to get a nice line. The line is not thin or too thick either. I’m happy with the black colour because it’s dark but not super black, almost like a dark gray. It’s actually a little tricky working with this small pen. I would have preferred it to be longer but you get the hang of it after a few tries. I line my eye halfway then switch and start lining from the other end of the eye to the centre, if that makes sense. I do have to go over 1 or 2 more times. I also need to use q-tips to clean up a bit, but that has more to do with my skills. When I’m finished, I fan my eye so that it is completely dry. This is an important step.
I have also tested it on my hand and it does not smudge or flake. I have also used it with and without primer and after you let it dry, it has really good staying power, despite my oily lids. I have worked out wearing this and gone a whole day with it on and there is little to no smudging or flaking!
Too bad, the experience goes downhill from here. I have used it both wearing eye shadow and without. I noticed it goes on easier without eye shadow but with eye shadow, you can barely get any product out. This happened after using the product the 3rd time. This was a little frustrating. After the 6th time, I could not get very much product out but when I tried it on the back of my hand, a little product came out. However, I’m not going to press that hard onto my eye nor do I want that thick and messy of a line by using more pressure.
It’s a shame because I stored it properly, cap side down and would shake it before use. It sounds like there is a marble or something inside. I wish this product could be used more times because it has great staying power, doesn’t smudge and is a nice black colour.
I’d recommend giving the product a try ONLY if it was on sale and you are okay with 2 or 3 uses. It goes downhill beyond that. To get the best results:
-before using store it cap down and like that always
-shake it before use
-give it a chance to dry when you are done, at least 2-3 minutes or more
-use primer

The worst liquid eyeliner I have ever used in my life.
I didn’t notice it was a “pen” when i bought it, and was a little surprised when i opened it.
But it is a good idea in theory. You would THINK a pen would make it easy to apply.
I didn’t mind it the first time i used it, just figured i needed a bit more practice with the pen format.
In reality, i hated it a little more everytime i used it. You have one chance to make your line. You cant go back over and try to darken/thicken the line. It smears and comes off in patches. I agree with the posts comparing it to a magic marker.
I have only had it for a couple of weeks and it is now basically useless. The tip has dried out to the point that nothing comes out.
I would not buy this again and I will probably not try another “pen” liner.

I really wanted to love this product, and for the first few days, I did. After figuring out how to open the damn thing. THEN on the third or fourth day, the eyeliner was completely dried out. I had stored it properly, and everything. Such a disappointment.

Easy to apply and good packaging, but the product itself was useless. The black one barely had pigment and the gray one was basically see-through. Needless to say, won’t repurchase.

Garbage. Absolute garbage.
I liked this, at first. When it worked. But not even a week after using it, not only was the color faded, but it felt like it dried up (which it had.)
Love the packaging, could just throw in my purse, and go. But that’s the only good thing about it.
Save your money, and buy a different eyeliner than this.

Okay, so there isn’t a whole lot that I can say about this product other than it really sucks. It seems like its a good concept, except that its not. This is a big fail. I was able to apply this eyeliner one time half-way properly, by the second time I tried to apply it it was like see-through water. And no, it wasn’t left open, left upside down, and it was thoroughly shaken. By the third “application” it was for all intents and purposes, DRY.

This was horrible. Not only was the pigmintation weak and watery looking, it literally ran out by the end of the week. If I’m paying $7 for a liquid eyeliner I should not have to google ways on how to make it work again. Terrible.

So I’m the lazy type, I do not wear makeup that often, since mornings are just one sleepy blur. Today I wanted to do just a small cateye and turned to this trusty tool. I put it on at 8 and now it’s 5:30 and has not budged at all.
Let me tell you ladies me and eyeliner do not get along. I wear contacts and have allergies so my eyes water up at random moments in the day. I have dry skin, but somehow that does not prevent the oil glands in my eyes from giving me a nice healthy shine without product.
I’ve tried the creme/gel eyeliner(loreal hip liner, wnw gel liner, elf creme liner, clinique pot eyeliner), pencil liner(physicians forumula, milani liquifeye, maybelline master drama), felt tip type liners(Elf, jordana) that all claim to last forever. . My hands are shaky so although tightlining works with pencil and creme, I often get the creme eyeliner everywhere with the brush. I can’t draw a straight line with a pencil.
Also since other liners are creamy(I mean that is a selling point for so many), they meld with the oils in my skin and leave me looking like a miserable panda.
My aunt seeing me as such one day suggested this liner.
Yes it is thin,
Yes it takes a while to dry
Yes it will probably dry out if you store it upright like a pencil,
So just beware of these things. If they pose a problem then this product is not for you.
If you have shaky hands or are a beginner than this is for you. The liner is short and stubby so you can tightline without it getting on your lashes. It’s like liquid liner in a felt tip marker type package(perfect!)
If you store it flat(say at the bottom of your purse) it will stay wet for months.
If you are looking for the perfect cross between a felt tip and liquid liner, that stays all day. Or if you have tried all else and are about to give up on that small cateye, check this product out at the rite aid or cvs(somewhere where you can return it) and you just might find your HG.

I threw this away the same day I bought it. Weak, fade-y pigment. I tried storing it pen-down for a few hours to see if the ink would go down into the pen. Nope. I was dragging a dry marker across my lid, no ink coming off at all.
