I do not like it. The applicator does not work properly and and you always end up bulky with Amy Whinehouse lines. I have an impression it smuges too. Trying to funish it up and forget about it forever.

I doubt the smearproof part…
So, I knew I’d be traveling to a small town near the coast in the middle of the summer. I purchased this because, given their claims of it being super long lasting, water and smearproof, I thought it would be the perfect liner to wear in an extremely wet, extremely hot weather so I would not end up looking like a raccoon after breaking a little sweat in a tropical environment.
I applied it first other airport and was delighted. After about 15 clicks the formula started to come out, it was really creamy and easy to apply, the silicone applicator allowed for a precise line with relatively no effort, and it was really super black. I loved how it was no fuss, perfect to apply on the go without all the brush and pot mess you usually get into with eyeliner.
So, it wore nicely for the couple hours I was flying, and up to the landing it looked spotless. But an hour into tropical weather, I looked like a total mess. The liner had ran down beneath my eyes and transferred to my crease. It didn’t last as promised at all. I came prepared with a waterproof makeup remover that I didn’t even end using because the liner just broke apart in the middle of the humidity and heat. (I’m positive that it wasn’t mascara smearing because I had worn the same one I had on in this very place before, under the same conditions.)
So, wrapping up.
Pros:
Precise, no fuss application.
Intense color.
Nice price.
Cons:
It can’t stand heat or humidity without breking apart and giving you a full raccoon eye. I guess it would be fine to wear on less extreme conditions, but the thing is, I only wear this hard to remove, waterproof type of product on situations where I think it’s needed, and this was definitely one of them. So I personally don’t see the point of it.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have NEVER used gel eyeliner and liquid liners usually are a complete nightmare to me… so I always opt for kohl pencils, however I saw so many ads for the Benefit They’re real gel pen but saw it got shocking reviews, so on youtube I saw reviews for the Maybelline version which is ALOT more reasonable a price to me, and even though it got mixed reviews I purchased it.
Let me just say again, I’ve never used a pen liquid liner and all my attempts at any kind of liquid liner have turned out badly. I was heading out for a famiy dinner straight after work and was quite pushed for time but i decided to attempt winged eyeliner.
initially you have to twist for quite some time to get the liner to appear, and because id watched You tube i was ready to sort of wipe off the excess that came out, i then began to apply it. it worked so well for me, i made sure i only clicked once or twice at most, but i got just enough our with a maximum of 2 clicks and it flicked out really well at the corner of my eyes.. I kind of messed up my right eye slightly and immediately wiped it with a damp tissue (you have to be quick as the stuff has real staying power)
my eyes looked great, ans its so different from the kohl, and even better for a contact lens wearer like me as the kohl can get into my eyes and make them gritty
I would definitely recommend it. practice makes perfect with the application though!
I was out for about 4 hours and when i got home the eyeliner hadn’t faded, melted at my eye creases or rubbed off in any way. I was pleased
one thing though… please purchase a water proof makeup remover as it has real staying power!!!

I love this product. It glides on smoothly and it very difficult to smudge, in fact it requires waterproof makeup remover to get it off.
The applicator requires practice but only took me maybe 10 minutes.
Love it!

Got this yesterday and used it today. It’s terrible. I would not have purchased it if I had seen testers in store. The promo pictures looked totally different to what I actually opened at home. The big selling point for this product is the silicone tip dispenser, a good idea in theory but in practise it just DOES NOT WORK. You click the end to dispense product, but it comes out in a big smooshy lump and you have to use the silicone brush to smear it around on your eyelid and hope for the best. Because of the shape of the brush and the way the product comes out, you end up with empty space between the two edges of where the product is being spread by the brush.
Beside the terrible dispenser, this product smudges like crazy. Also, I can see this drying out really quickly because of the consistency of the gel (kind of dry, dryer than the gel pots Maybelline do) and the gaping hole in the middle of the silicone tip.
Awful awful eyeliner from Maybelline, save your money and go for one with either a felt tip end or use a brush.
