I remember I used to buy and use WnW liners for 99 cents when I first started wearing makeup in junior high school. They had trendy colors and I didn’t have to melt them to get them to go on. All these years later, and they are still the same size and still 99 cents. This is not a turquoise IMO but a vivid true green with subtle silver shimmer. So pretty! And so easy to apply. I’ve had this in my stash for quite a while and just rediscovered it. I hope it’s not discontinued because I definitely plan to wear it more often. Love this.

I don’t wear eyeliner very often, but have been trying to experiment with it more since I have accumulated quite a few (including several of the WnW ColorIcon ones). I do occasionally crave a turquoise eyeliner in the summer months, so of coarse had to pick this up for .99. Overall, it’s a pretty decent eyeliner. The color is a shimmery medium turquoise that leans toward the green side, while my preference is a more blue toned turquoise, but I do find that the color makes my blue-grey eyes stand out. Like all of the ColorIcon pencils I’ve tried this one has a soft, non-waterproof formula which precludes using it on the waterline. But on the lower and upper lash line I find it lasts quite a while. I’m not sure if I would repurchase this since it doesn’t meet my requirements for a staple turquoise eyeliner (the closest I’ve found was from MUFE Aqua Eyes) but I will continue to use it occasionally since it is a decent eyeliner.

I loooove 659C! The kohl kajal eyeliner is just the best. It’s just the right firmness and the pigmentation is the most lovely shade. It also stays for most of the day. I’d say the only downfall is the infamous Wet N Wild eyeliner lid… I don’t think I’ve ever had one of their eyeliners for more a few weeks before the lid cracks. Still, Scotch tape will fix it.

You certainly can’t go wrong with this liner. First, this pencil is longer than any regular one, meaning you get more product. Also, the price is exceptionally low, this is probably one of the most affordable liners ever. For such a small price, this product works wonders. The colour payoff is amazing, not to mention this liner lasts for me on my eyes! The shade is so beautiful, I just could not pass without purchasing it. This product is a perfect example of not having to look any further than your average drugstore beauty brands in order to find exceptional products for a low price. This is what I would call a beauty steal!

Nice creamy greeny-tealy color. Soooo pretty.Really just love it. All these liners apply very easily, and you get a lot for a little.

I got this and it’s lasted for 4 hours so far. It goes on like a “Christmas Pine Green” with microfine Silver glitter on my NC30 skin. Looks gorgeous over my Sally Girl Orange Crush connecting shadow & ELF Luxe (the red shade). I am tempted to find more playful vibrant colors of this liner to play with.

I am loving this eye pencil, it’s a buck at my local Walgreens and CVS as well.
I was a little dubious at first because I thought it would be really hard and hurt my eyes to use, but to my surprise, this pencil is really creamy. It looks amazing, a brilliant turquoisey color: sapphire with green, and it looks really pretty on. I have blue eyes and I wore it on my waterline and it seemed to bring them out more.
I will definitely be buying more colors of these, and you honestly get a TON of product for the money. It’s amazing!

OMG! haha, I loooove the color of this! probably the prettiest eyeliner I’ve ever used! Its smooth, with a little bit of shimmer to it. I have brown eyes, and this makes them look so pretty! And it only cost me 99 cents:) I will keep buying this, and will try more colors.
