These eyeliners are great, especially for the price. Blue eyeliners can be tricky, especially after a certain age but this color looks nice for a change up on the typical black or brown. It looks good even when I’m not wearing any makeup except lip gloss and mascara so that’s definitely a plus. It’s long wearing, doesn’t smudge and after just waking up from an unplanned nap where I moved around a lot in my sleep only to find it still unmoved on my oily eyelids. Well, you can’t beat that!

I’d describe the color as a deep marine navy blue with a strong hint of teal. It suits my blue/green eyes and warm skin as its a warmer greener blue than most navy blues. My pencil was very easy to sharpen, applies smoothly, and stays put for as long as any other standard eyeliner I’ve ever purchased. Also, the pencil is sooo long that lasts along time and is great value! I have already purchased a second one.

No. No. And no. It’s only redeeming quality is the price. But I would much rather hand over a few bucks more for a better quality drugstore liner to avoid the tugging and pulling just to get the color payoff I want. The color isn’t bad, but the application isn’t smooth and you risk giving yourself fine lines in the future if you use it. And I’m pretty sure the creme lipliners on WnW’s line run smoother than the eyeliner I purchase.

It is not extremely creamy and it is a little on the dry side
But for the price, it is a deal
Not sweatproof or completely waterproof
It is prone to smudging but with the right products, you can make it work

You gotta love Wet ‘n’ Wild’s prices. This is a lot for the dollar. I think the color is more of a medium blue, but it works well with purples and other blues. It applies fine with just one or two layers which surprised me. It smudges a little by the end of the day, but not raccoon smudging. It just looks a bit thicker than when you first put it on. The pencil is very long, maybe almost seven inches. I thought it would be a lot smaller. Definitely worth 99 cents! 😀

I didn’t expect much. But i really like it! It may smudge, but not a lot.( well for me ) Its good for beginners.

Great cheap eyeliner! Colour is very pretty. It appears slightly black at first but when it hits the light you definitely see the blue reflection! LOVE THIS! It is nice and affordable and the pencil is really long! It doesn’t really smudge unless you intend to smudge it. THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF OR SWEATPROOF! Definitely will repurchase!

dangg only a dollar?? are you kidding me? i really like this pencil the color is pretty and smooth, it brings out the brown in my nearly black eyes. also the pencil is almost twice as long as most eyeliners! i have watery eyes and oily lids, i’m surprised that this stayed on my waterline for about 2 hours, because nothing does. fades a smudges a little throughout the day and you have to go over it a few times to get enough color, but no big deal. ive tried other more expensive eyeliners that have been way worse. will rebuy in a different color :]
edit: eh… too bad it only lasts about 5 hours and starts to make coon eyes on me

This eyeliner smudges sooo badly. I put it on and it smudges almost immediately. The color’s a bit dull, too. I’ll give it two lippies because the pencil is soft.

I’ve used this for years. I put it on the inside of the upper lash line. It stays on all day, and makes your lashes look thicker, and the whites of your eyes brighter without an obvious line. I used to use an Estee’ Lauder blue pencil liner, and they discontinued it. This is the exact color, and as good or better.
Sure can’t beat the price!!! Love it.
