I bought this in the blue. Really great deal on Boots online, but it did smudge… every single time. I only apply eyeliner on my upper eyelid, but within an hour, I will see traces of it on my lower lid and undereye. Too bad, cause it was cheap and the colour pay-off was good. I am back to Smashbox‘s reliably smudge-proof Always Sharp eyeliners.

The staying power on this is pretty unacceptable. It applies fine, doesn’t irritate too much, but it comes off anywhere there is water, so… (I’m talking one tear even.) I know it’s hard to find something that stays on the waterline for over an hour, but this practically comes off AS you’re putting it on. And what’s worse, it comes off ugly. Y’all know what I mean. I keep putting this on for errands and before I leave the house, my eyes are looking zombie scary! There are some good affordable items in this line (Walgreen’s) but this is a fail. If you want similar price, Essence has good options. Some other new-ish decent ones are Sleek Lifeproof and Collab (Sally’s).

Skip this puppy. Unless you have a REALLY bad case of dry eye.
