   I like this eyeliner. It’s a kohl liner, so it’s soft on the eyelids and can be used on the waterlines. However, since it’s so soft, it does smudge pretty easily. For $8 USD and free shipping on Topshop’s website, I’d say it’s a pretty good value. Plus the packaging is adorable.

   I have been using this eye liner for around 1 year and I love it – I was using the lancome eyeliner before this(that was great too but caused some irritation on my sensitive eyes) – the Topshop eyeliner is amazing …

   PROS: this gave me an amazing deep black dramatic shade it can be worn in the daytime and in the vening and it does not irritate my super sensitive eyes or skin at all –
   I can use it on the waterline and it stays put alhtough I have to reapply after a few hours -but I think this is the same for most kohl products- I love using it for a cat eye look (not too dramatic but you can create this look)-

   I also purchased the brown for a more natural look which is also like a mettalic brown (can be used as a liner or a smudges eye shadow) – the Coal eye liner is not mettalc its more of a radical black – really v nice and easy to apply-

   the packaging is cute – it is fragrance free and it can be applies with ease and removed easily as it is very soft-lovely to use on its own without mascara as it can be removed easily after a long day at work etc

   I have read about Kohl being beneficial or cooling to the eyes- I could not tell in the UK due to the cooler climate- I tested this in the UAE last month where it was v HOTT weather and actually agree as I did notice the difference -my eyes felt alot soother and cooler after applying this eyeliner.

   I have tried a range of kohl eyeliners and have been allergic this is the only one which I was not allergic to

   nice pricing, maybe as it is high st not to expensive unlike some premium brands – gives a real high end makeup effect once applied

   – also good for makeup artists for clients due to ease of use-

   I sometimes apply on top of my maybelline/max factor gel eye liner(they are the SAME-MAYBELLINE IS CHEAPER) to give an extra bold black color- any excuse to use the eyeliner daily…before this I used to hate eyeliner now I can’t love without it…will deffo be repurchasing once it runs out esp the black/Coal once-

   I would get the brown but I like to use the black one more I have NC20 skin so I dont always apply bronze type makeup as my skin already has warm undertones and so I use thebrown occasionally- it can be used on top of black eyeliner too and the black can be combines with a nother eyeshadow color on top of it eg gold to give a black gold effect.

   Can be used on waterline (without smudging for a good 4-8 hours if layered) very soft so does not hurt when applying excellent for top and bottom waterline -good for sensitive eyes-can carry around good size-v good quality.

   Can create a gel eyeliner winged look with ease. No need for multiple layering.

   CONS:
   I would give it a 5 but it smudges easily esp when u, unlike some other including Lancome (WHICH IS NOT SUCH A BOLD BLACK COLOR AD HAS TO BELAYERED FOR A DRAMATIC LOOK)-
   must be sharpened regularly the kohl is extra soft so alittle annoying- and smudges slightly when applied to top eyelid as so soft. CAP SPLIT WITH EASE SO HARD TO TRAVEL WITH NOW.

   -Not for those looking for a natural black eyeliner this is dramatic. NOT WATERPROOF

   The packaging was what really attracted me to get the product in the first place. It was unique with the polka dots all over, so it stood out from the typical cosmetic packaging of sleek lines and reflective black surfaces.

   The eyeliner is good, it produces a deep, dark black without too much effort, so it is a plus point. However, it smudged pretty bad on me but that could be due to my slightly oily eyelids. I agree with some other reviewers here that the cap wasn’t as great. Mine split along the length about 1 week of daily use, and then I always had trouble trying to keep the eyeliner closed.

   The price is reasonable, at 9SGD. This would be a good starter eyeliner for young girls.

   This is amazing! I love Topshop so was keen to try all of their products, but this is the one that you will be reaching for every single day. It lasts all day long with just one sweep, doesn’t smudge, it an amazing intense black AND only costs £4. It doesn’t really get better than that for me!!

   If anything I found this product to good!! It applyed very easily and left a great thick line but i stuggled to get it off at the end of the day no matter what make-up remover product I used. It sharpens easily and is hard to snap. I was disappointed with the lid though because it cracked within a couple of days. I would strongly recommend this product if you like an eyeliner thats VERY long lasting.

   Another great item from the Topshop Cosmetics line. This retails for £4 (which I think is totally reasonable) and has a really cute spotty design that I really like.

   It’s a very pigmented intense black and it glides on with quite a creamy consistency. I got tons of compliments when I wore this on my waterline and lashline. It reminds me of a sort of full-on Cleopatra look.

   It did smudge, not on my lashline but on my waterline. It transferred below the eye for a bit of a panda look. I don’t have oily skin or anything like that so I think it was a fault of the product. However, it didn’t smudge as badly as other eyeliners I’ve tried and it didn’t gather at my tear duct, which is a pet hate of mine so I’m not too bothered.

   I will probably repurchase this because a lot of people commented on my make up when I wore it which I was really pleased with. Plus the price is very cheap, the packaging is nice and despite smudging it does stay on the waterline for a fair amount of time. All considered, well done Topshop! x

   my favourite eyeliner its as intense in colour as urban decay 24/7 in Zero but the product itself is lasting longer it is slightly less smudgy than UD zero helping it stay in the water line whereas zero smudges slightly on me I grew up using rimmel kohl that is so dull and hard and scratchy in comparison with no lasting power Topshop is cheaper than UD by about half enough said go and enjoy
