This eye pencil goes on fantastic. I was elated until my eyes started to burn and tear up. It didn’t stop for hours, even after I removed the eyeliner. It’s a shame, a nice product that goes on well, but I cannot use due to some sort of sensitivity.

I was in absolute excruciating pain when I applied this to my waterline. I always line my waterline and have never had such a problem. My eyes literally burned and watered for 30 minutes straight, even after I flushed them with water. It felt as if someone flung acid in my eyes.
I’m glad I didn’t waste money on this,it was a gift with purchase.
I am such a loyal Revlon fan but this crap is just TERRIBLE!

I bought this in Steel Flash, and it’s such an amazing, high-impact grey! Really brings out the eyes, and it’s really creamy and smooth to apply. Great liner.

discontinued …very easy to apply, almost too creamy. smudges way to easy and the color doesnt show up very well….edited: almost completely gone after 2 hours

I love how it goes on your waterline, or lashline so smoothly, it is such a creamy eyeliner, it’ll just glide on, i really love it. Only thing that bothers me a bit, is, it’ll sag down:S

I have mixed feelings about these eyeliners. I get mine from eBay in bulk (about 5 eyeliners in different colours) for about AUD$9, which is great value.
What I like:
– The colours! My fave colours are Black Flash, Gold Flash, Bronze Flash and Sapphire Flash. They look so great on and there’s so many great colours to choose from.
– The texture. These apply pretty easily, it’s so soft that it just glides on. It’s also easy to smudge if you want that smokey eye look (this can also a bad thing, see below!)
What I don’t like:
– The staying power! Terrible! They smudge away SO easily. I tested it on the back of my hand, waited a few seconds, then gently wiped it once with one finger and it smudged terribly. So imagine how long it’d stay on an eyelid, so you definitely need a primer or put eyeshadow over the top of the liner.
I’ve bought lots of these liners twice, so they’ll be lasting me a long time, but I don’t think I’d purchase them again when I eventually run out, despite what I like about them! I think I’d prefer to save the money I’d spend buying these liners to buy just one quality liner, one that actually stays put!

I love these. I have these in Steel Flash 02, Bronze Flash 03, Sapphire Flash 04, Gold Flash 06, got them from ebay at <1$ each. These have consistency like Ud24/7, smooth application, doesn't smudge for me (unless I rub my eyes!), I use with L'oreal decrease and use it everyday especially the bronze and gold! to line upper lid and lower 1/3. black liners are too strong looking for me for day and the bronze and gold ones are natural yet make my eyes really pop. Steel is pretty good too, for use with gray tones. oh and the colors are kind of shimmery like Ud ones.

I loved these. They didnt have the best staying power but also back then I didnt use primers. I wold love if these were available again! Nice and soft texture with amazing shimmer.

I really liked these eyeliners, and had high hopes.
The colours are great, and look great on. Also very creamy, which is nice!
the only downfall for me is that they make my eyes sting like crazy!!!
Sucky!!! They water so much that it runs down my face and I’m left with nothing!
Sorry Revlon, I won’t repurchase!

In NZ, this eyeliner retails for $25. I got it for $4 from the US. The pencil is really soft-it literally glides on. I’ve never used an eyeliner as soft as this one. The staying power is pretty good considering how soft it is. It smudges after a couple of hours, but it smudges nicely-if that makes sense. It doesn’t go all over my eye, it just looks really natural.
Some colours are better than others-I would repurchase some of the colours but not others.
