Worst eyeliner ever. Nice colour and pigmentation pay off BUT it is impossibile to take off! And not only that I accidentally ran it through my eyelashes while doing my cat eye it got so stick to them that in the process of removing it I lost a few. Hate it.

This product is way too bad. It does not dry. I tried everything. I closed my eyes for 5 minutes. I waved on it minutes and minutes. IT DOES NOT DRY.
You complete your makeup and think that everything is ok? You are wrong! After 30minutes it starts to smear everywhere while you are blinking.

I bought this when someone online suggested it to me. They really talked it up, saying it was a highly pigmented product and they loved the applicator. Plus it dries matte, which I strongly prefer. A lot of cheaper eyeliners dry shiny it seems like. It was under $4 at walmart so I figured I wasn’t losing much either way and picked one up.
I never have a problem with other liquid liners. In fact I don’t use anything but liquid liner, but this one was total garbage. First of all, it’s so watery that it either takes a very thick coat that smears all over to get an opaque line OR you have to go back over it. The next problem is the applicator is horrible. It isn’t an actual brush, it’s a hard tip so it’s all but impossible to get straight NEAT lines and it’s streaky.
I figured I wouldn’t judge it on it’s applicator and used an eyeliner brush of my own. I was able to get clean lines with it that way, but if you make a mistake and dont reach for the eye makeup remover immediately it wont come completely off. The first time I tried it, it was a mess.
I wasn’t going out in public looking that way, so I went to remove it. I tried coconut oil first, which is what I use. It faded the eyeliner a bit but basically just smeared it all around my eyes. It took about 5 cotton pads per eye to get most of it off and I still had raccoon eyes the next morning.
If you’re just looking for staying power this is the eyeliner for you. However if you don’t like spending forever taking your eye makeup off skip it.

Very runny formula. the brush is as stiff as a pencil. The product gets in blobs all over the tip and you have to sort of scrape it on the bottle to get a decent amount to work with or it will smear all over your eyes during application.
Definitely waterproof, stains my lids whenever I use it. There are other products out there that have lasting / waterproof effects that are much easier in application and less annoying in terms of formula.

I was hoping this would be a good low budget find, but overall I found this liner smudgy and disappointing. I have somewhat oily lids and this did not last at all, it transferred to the upper lid, and bled outward within an hour. It did apply well and was easy to use, but overall not worth the $3.
pros:
-applies well
-good deep black color
-the brush and packaging are fine
cons:
-BLEEDS like crazy
-transfers to upper lids
-smudges
-really never seems to dry at all on the lid
-takes FOREVER to take off

This eyeliner is so bad! I bought this because I have watery eyes and I was hoping that it would stay on better.
Boy, was I wrong! This stuff DOES NOT dry at all! I waited for 10 minutes and it was still as watery as it came out of the package. This stuff is as watery as H20 and it’s the complete opposite of waterproof. Avoid this at all costs!

This is my new holy grail liquid eyeliner. The applicator is a stiff brush, much like a pencil, so my winged eyeliner is extra crisp and easier to draw. It’s definitely waterproof, definitely super black, and costs $3. I’m very satisfied and will be buying in bulk.
