Lorac is one of my favorite makeup brands and I love her Pro line, the eyeshadow palettes in particular are lovely! Now, am I just as impressed with this Lorac pro eye pencil in Navy?! I guess you could say I’m in the middle of the road here. The color IS quite lovely, a shimmery navy and the formula isn’t bad, it’s nice and creamy and applies smoothly without tugging. It sets quickly but if you act fast you can smudge it up a bit as well.
Overall, I’d say that while the color is beautiful, it’s probably not worth the $20 price tag. I’ll finish it up but I can’t see myself re-purchasing this eyeliner. I DO like that you can twist the liner up AND down but I wish this last longer in my waterline. It fades out and is gone within an hour or two. Plus it flaked around under my eyes by the end of the day, I didn’t like that. I have some navy Maybelline Master Drama eyeliners that are just as good as this, if not better at a fraction of the price.
