PROS: Waterproof. Very cheap and better than other liners that cost more. Easy to apply, doesn’t run into fine lines or the corners of the eyes. Medium size felt tip can get me thin or thick lines and is sturdier than Stila’s (which frays REALLY fast). Good pigmentation, only one layer does the job. Slightly blue-ish matt black color which suits my blue eyes. Stays all day and doesn’t crack or flake off. Does not irritate my sensitive eyes. The applicator is a bit dry and drags, on my mid 40’s eyes it skips over my fine wrinkles. But its easy to go back over areas in short light strokes to fill the gap and it layers well, does not disturb what you have already done. Of course if you are young this won’t be an issue for you!
CONS: Contains only 0.7 ml which is around half of a regular fullsize liner, so it dries out quicker. Advertised as “super fine” but its more a fine/medium tip. Looks a tiny bit wrinkly on my mid 40’s lids compared to mid/high-end liquid liners I use (Kat Von D, Maybelline Hyperwing and Physician Formula liners). But just a tiny bit really close up, its not obvious to anyone else but me. Removal takes longer, as it doesn’t dissolve completely, it gets kind of wet/rubbery/sticky/clingy and spreads around. I usually cleanse twice, using a fresh cotton pad or clean area of cloth to get the remainder. Or a cotton bud dipped in makeup remover.
Overall for what you pay this is an amazing liner. Sure, I prefer my more expensive super fine brush tip liners but they are 10x the price. If I was young and starting out, or if i suddenly had no budget for makeup and needed a liquid liner this is one I’d choose.
