You touch your skin lightly and this eyeliner goes on it may take a few applications to get it to the color that you want but it works very well. Not sure about the price because this shade was my moms and I borrowed it so I don’t know how much she paid for it but I think it may of cost a lot because of how well it works so I gave it five stars.

I think the price of this product is a little on the expensive side for the quality (smudges!!!) but I really love this color. Its a true medium blue that makes my the whites of my eyes look a lot whiter and makes me look way more awake!

I use this on my waterline. It’s soft and goes on dark with little effort. The only two things I don’t like about it is the wood and it doesn’t have huge staying power. Beautiful blue though!

rhapsody is a shinny cobalt blue that i use ,when i want a beautiful blue that pop a little!i love prestige pencil,annabelle too!love that one ! Last long!

I really like this product. The price was affordable yet the pencil liner delivers quite well. This was quite a surprise because having been to so much eyeliners, I was kind of expecting for this product to disappoint me considering that it’s pencil. But it actually didn’t. I liked the color of this liner and it stay put in my waterline for really quite a long time without being smudgy. I tried this on my upper lash line but it didn’t really gave the result that I wanted. It smudged and left traces on my eye lids. So this is better of at my waterline. And with its being put in my waterline, I find it quite a struggle to remove. But that’s no problem. I highly recommend this eyeliner for its quality and price.

Prestige carries some of my favorite eyeliners. Rhapsody is one of them. It is a deep but bright blue shade that makes my eyes pop! My eyes are blue but can look green or grey-ish depending on lighting and makeup. I normally can’t wear blue eyeliners, but this is dark enough that it doesn’t compete with my eyes and the contrast looks amazing. This product is great quality for the price; it is very inexpensive. It goes on smoothly and is very pigmented. I do notice that this color tends to smudge a little more than the other colors I have for some reason. However, it helps if I dab a little eyeshadow along the lash line before I apply. Overall, a great eyeliner and I will definitely be repurchasing.

Love love love this eyeliner! I use it for my bottom lid and it goes on so smoothly! The color is great and it usually lasts me all day long! I have had it over six months and there is still plenty of product left!!! It makes my eyes pop and make them look amazingly bluer!
