The. Absolute. Worst. It was dry, never worked and never even made a mark on my eyelid.

High hopes, it’s only okay. The tip is great, it lends itself to great applications and doesn’t increase skipping and the ink flows well through it. Sadly, the ink isn’t fully pigmented in black. It’s a very dark grey, but when I buy a black eyeliner, I want black. I want pigmented black for sharp lines.
It doesn’t cause watery eyes, which I love in a liquid liner. It holds very well and doesn’t smudge on me. It holds on to every but of eyeshadow that touches it while wearing. With hooded lids, this is a killer for me. The faded black became even more faded with this, even after using my setting spray (Skindinavia wedding spray.)
It would work for a basic, slightly muted liner look as a more natural-looking ladylike, but I don’t recommend it for much else. Physician’s Formula does the same thing for less money.

This liner is $19 at Target.
First off, the payoff on this is AMAZING! You don’t even have to fuss with it and you get lots of payoff. It dries quickly and it dries down matte. Even the eyeliner itself is cute.
The only problem I have is that tip. It’s an angular tip, like a felt tip marker. However, it’s actually quite difficult to use. I would prefer it to have been the traditional pointed tip. That’s why I took so many stars off. I feel as if I can’t really use this by itself and mainly use it to fill in other liners.
