Absolutely the best drugstore liquid liner I have ever tried. I have hooded oily lids (that are also beginning to droop with age) and just about everything I have ever tried will transfer to my lid or just be smear city in general. This one.. not a bit. And it lasts all day. The only thing that works as well for me and is a good true black is Mehron 1927 ink. If you have the same issues get both of these things, though the ink takes a little skill. I have never left a review on here, I hope that speaks for itself.

I love this liquid eyeliner! I have used it around 2 years. I have tried the Black Leather color only so cannot say how the other colors perform. It glides on easily, makes a decent looking line without much effort. It does not flake or smear. I am not good at making a cat or winged eye. I have tried with this brand and others, so it is my lack of skill, not the product. It does not bother my extremely sensitive eyes. It comes off easily with eye makeup remover. I gave it 4 stars because it takes a good minute or 2 to dry. I have to keep my lids down a bit so the liquid does not come off on my upper eyelids. I cannot believe it is only $3.99 at Walgreens. The quality is superb!

Very affordable. Stays on all day, even on my semi-oily lids. The thin applicator makes it really easy to use. With some eyeliners it’s hard to get a perfect thin line, but with this you can’t go wrong. Will definitely be purchasing more.

The best liquid eyeliner ever. Here’s why:
✔️ Thin + precise brush tip applicator (not felt).
✔️ Super opaque black color (black is the only one I’ve tried).
✔️ Doesn’t transfer or smudge.
✔️ Lasts all day.
✔️ Extremely affordable (only like $2.99 at Walgreens).
✔️ Makes doing winged liner effortless.
Will repurchase for sure and plan to buy some other colors as well.

I purchased my Jordana Cat Eye Liner in the shade “Black Leather.” I think this will be my new go-to liquid liner.
~Packaging~ : I don’t like the packaging too much. I always want to open it from the wrong end. The long end is the brush and the colored end is where the product is contained. Which makes sense… like the way they do it makes the most sense. Still, I don’t know if it’s the design or what but I always wind up opening it upside down.
~Applicator~ : 10/10! I’d never used a liquid liner that wasn’t a felt tip before and I’m so glad this one isn’t felt! It’s much easier to use. Making a wing (which I ALWAYS had trouble with when I used felt tip applicators) is ten times easier to do now. The applicator itself is quite flexible. It’s thin as well which I like because I can easily create a thin line or build it up for thickness. No matter what look I’m going for, my liner always looks precise when I use this.
~Color~ : A beautiful, rich black. Very pigmented. The finish definitely isn’t matte so if that’s what you’re looking for then stay away. On me, it’s not noticeably shiny or glossy either though. It’s somewhere in between.
~Staying power~ : This liner lasts extremely well on my upper lash line. It can be sort of difficult to remove but I always use coconut oil to take off eye makeup and that does the trick. I don’t think this claims to be waterproof but it doesn’t easily come off, which means it’s not gonna smudge (which is awesome.)
~Price~ : I think this was like $2.99 at Walgreens or something like that, which is incredible.
~Other~ : This never dries out on me before I’ve finished the tube up completely. The formulation of this is quite thin. That might be obvious seeing as it’s a liquid liner, but some liquid liners I’ve used feel thicker in consistency. Since this is a little more watery, even though it’s super pigmented, I usually have to go over it at least once to get my desired effect. That’s the only con though. Jordana is also 100% cruelty-free and isn’t owned by parent companies that test on animals or anything.
I will definitely repurchase and I recommend this product.

This review is for the black and blue liners. This is a great product! Pigmented, long-lasting and matte, I like using this product a lot. If only I had a steady hand, this would be perfect. I also tried the purple liner, which wasn’t pigmented enough for me. I haven’t tried the others.

I love this for a razor sharp cat eye that could kill a man. And it was only $1.99 at Walgreens! I have the shade black leather and I must say I will be repurchasing. This makes everyone ask me what eyeliner I use. The applicator is the best thing about it as it is thin enough to get a remarkable flick. The formula is the second best as it s Black as sin, stays put and dries to a leathery finish which is neither matte nor shiny. I am in love and will continue to purchase.

Jordana has the knack for making good quality inexpensive liquid e/ls. The Color Envy line is a prime example. This liquid e/l has great pigmentation. The formula is not too thick or watery. I have the shade “Black Leather”. The brush is similar to the Color Envy line in that it is long and thin but sturdy enough so that one could have great precision and control during application. As the name suggests, when the product dries, there is a black leather looking line (not shiny).
However, my complaint comes during removal. I find that during my eye makeup removal routine, this e/l is difficult to remove. I started using baby oil to remove this and still it requires some serious effort. I find that during removal, the product forms small balls and attach themselves to my lashes. When they get there, they cling to my lashes so much that I’ve lost quite a few lashes in the process.
Overall this is a nice looking liquid e/l but the pain and frustration I’ve experienced during removal just isn’t worth it.

Wonderful impulse buy. I was out of the house and forgot that I had no eyeliner on while I had eyeshadow on and this was like, $3! So I bought it.
It’s actually pretty water resistant – I took a bath and had to physically rub my eyes to get it off. I was quite impressed by the longevity.
The brush is extremely thin and flexible and the color is an inky, dark black which I am highly pleased with. With a little patience I believe a girl will be able to draw the perfect winged eyeliner with this product and recommend it.

My all time favorite liquid eyeliner, I’ve used Kat Von D, Stila, and countless other brands but I always come back to this. Insanely easy to use, cheap, and lasts forever, both in quantity, but I can literally wear this stuff all day, sleep in it, and wake up and my cat eye still looks good.
