This product is my favourite liquid eyeliner because it’s cheap, readily available and it’s super simple to use.
I bought it for $4.50 at my local cosmetics store and the packaging is good, the colour is super pigmented, but the brush is a little too thick and it can be messy. Not recommended for a beginner.
It does flake and dry up after a few hours, so it transfers.
I have just purchased a new one. 🙂

PRO:this product was quite cheap i don’t mind the packaging small and compact its easy to remove and stays on quite well
CONS:I dont like the brush its too big for me to use id prefer a thiner brush i dont like how it feels and you need to use alot of it and sometimes it dose flake off but i personally did start to get rashes as soon as i started useing this product so idk

I do like this eyeliner, mainly because it’s extremely cheap at $4 or $5 and it actually stays on my eyelid until I take it off. I do use primer though.
The bad things are that I dislike the brush, I’ve bought two and both have a curved brush that is a big annoying to use. It is also pretty watery and sometimes I erase the line I’m trying to draw (if you know what I mean) because of this. There is always a lot of product on the brush when I pull it out of the bottle, so I have to wipe the excess back into the bottle. Also, I’m not sure if it’s because the product is drying out, but after 4 hours or so, it does seem to flake ONLY if you touch it though.
Overall, I’m prepared to stick with this as I can deal with the cons because it’s so cheap and readily available.
UPDATE 15/04/13: I absolutely love the applicator. It’s SO thin. I recently purchased the Lancome Artliner (40AUD) because of the awesome reviews, but I was disappointed that the applicator wasn’t as thin as the BYS one. 🙁 So far, it’s the best eyeliner I own. Room for improvement, but I’ve yet to find one that’s good and as cheap.

Bought this at the reject store from seeing all these good reviews so I wanted to try it!
– It was really cheap and when I tried it on my hand it stayed on all day so I had very high expectations of it when I went home to try it.
PROS
• Really cheap
• Does stay on really well
• Easy to remove
• Small and compact to store away!
CONS
• You have to apply a thick amount for it to look pigmented
• Really watery 🙁
• I personally dont like how it feels on my eyelids, it feels as if its just “hugging” my eyelids LOL bad description.
• The packaging is just dodgey, I couldnt close the lid fully.
• Flakes off once you remove it (it gets into my eyes)

I’m a big fan of liquid eyeliner, BYS was one of the make up brands i had turned to when i was younger because .. alas, it was cheap, affordable and i was still teaching myself in how to apply it.
I loved it at first, it was easy to apply as well as easy to get off. It seemed to stay on the whole day/night without peeling or falling off .. At times i did notice it turned dull, more of a gray then a black which didn’t bother me..
At times i’d also purchase a bottle of liquid eyeliner that was more .. watery then usual. This meant it was impossible to apply and impossible to enjoy. The brush from each bottle was also different and i tended to stick with the brush i had from a previous bottle although at times it didn’t help the ‘watery feeling’ that some bottles did have.
If you’re patient enough, it’s affordable and worth it — but if you prefer something more wearable/waterproof then try for a product that can handle all day everyday.

Loved this product, it was a bargain at $2.50 AU. It truly is waterproof unless you rub it .. yep don’t rub your eyes and this eyeliner stays on all night long 🙂

It’s very good.. almost a bargain. It stayed on for very long and it did not smudge, which was great. I’m not so impressed with the actual applicator though, the brush tip was hard to use (it was too stiff and the end started to feather out) so one lippy off. Actual formula is great, I use this with an actual eyeliner brush instead.

This is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used in my whole entire life! It lasts all day like seriously, I had my eyeliner on for about 11 hours and it stayed put and didn’t budged at all! I also cried with this on and it still didnt move – its waterproof and sweatproof and at a dirt cheap price! I have so many backup of these I can never run out of it!

Cheap, liquid eyeliner (only just realised it’s waterproof! Never even thought about it because I’ve never had issues with it coming off). Application is easy, I love the fact that it’s not a brush but it’s like a little flexible thing you dip in the eyeliner, and then apply. Easy to fix up if you make a mistake. Would definitely buy again. Would buy this over more expensive well known brands.
