I’m beginning to think I should stay away from Hard Candy’s liners. This was such a disappointment. I was excited because the packaging is super cute. The “brush” is more like a sponge, and you can’t use any pressure or you WILL mess up. And you WILL MOT be able to fix it. This sponge is tapered to almost a point but even the thinnest part will give you a harsh, thick line. It is possible to cover small imperfections with foundation/concealer, but make sure it’s blended well! Any concentrated amount will smudge your wing even worse. The picture is the typical result I get consistently.
