I`m not a huge fan of black liquid eyeliners: my mature eyes can`t handle harsh lines so well, plus most black liquid liners are too shiny and hard to apply for me, even the felt tip ones. However this Yves Rocher one is an exception: the finish is really opaque and black, but a velvety, beautiful noir that doesn`t showcase my under-eye fine lines. I bought it on a whim because I needed a black liner for a wedding, didn`t want to spend tons of money, so got all my make-up from Yves Rocher. I didn`t really expect this and the shadows to be such good quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. The 12 hour claim I can`t say much about, because I`ve never worn it for so long, but I will say this: today I did a Brigitte Bardot look with a pretty heavy cat-eye, went outside for a few hours and it`s like 42C here at the moment, yet my eyeliner didn`t budge. Wish I could repurchase, but there`s no Yves Rocher in Japan.
