I got suckered in because of how lovely this palette looked online, but I’ve found that it is completely underwhelming.
First of all, an eyeshadow palette that is retailing for $42 should at least come in sturdy plastic packaging. For comparison, I just bought a NARS palette for $49 and the packaging looks and feels very luxe; like the purchase was actually worth it.
This palette is tiny – the same size as the Kris palette.
The colors, although lovely to look at in the pans, are not long wearing at all. Not even with a primer. I applied Shore About You (matte peach) to my crease with Salty Sweet (metallic rose gold) all over the lid, and not even 4 hours later, most of the color was gone. It wasn’t even a hot or humid day, so there is no excuse for this. Especially for the price point.
Overall, this product underperforms. Definitely not worth the hype.
