Were you like me and bought Sunset B. because you wanted a pink, only to discover later that Expensive Pink outshines it in every possible way, especially in that it won’t make you look like you’re diseased?
I didn’t know what I was going to do with this eyeshadow until I found the most amazing use for it – wear it under your eyes around the socket and put your concealer on top! I have such dark eye circles that nothing ever really canceled them out until I tried this. My dark circles are greenish-blue in color, and Sunset B. is truly the perfect color to counter this tone. For this reason, it seems I will be repurchasing Sunset B. when it runs out after all!

This was a little too bright for my taste but i use this in my crease with sweet lust as my lid color. I actually wear this as a blush sometimes because it’s a pinky color.

I’ve never really tried pink eyeshadows as I wasn’t sure it would work on me. However I spotted Sunset B at my CCO recently. I thought i’d give it a go. I haven’t really been brave enought to try it and it sat in my traincase. I did however try it as a blush, which it works great for!
I’ve been admiring bright cheek looks but didn’t want to go & buy a new one only for it to make me look like a clow. So I decided to try this, with my 131 brush. It looks so pretty, I gives a lovely dolly pink flush to my NC15 skin. I doubt I will use this as an e/s as it is so good as a blush.

An absolutely beautiful pink with a slight silver shimmer that would make the most amazing lip color. But on the eyes I really am not so sure.
This color requires quite a lot of work since the color is sheer and not the most pigmented shadow. Unfortunately this is not the longest lasting even under a base, as pretty as the color is I can see using as a blusher but it requires a little too much for to be an eye color.
I am not the biggest person on pinks since I prefer more of a dramatic approach when it comes to my eye makeup, but occasionally its nice to use a light pink because it makes my blue eyes pop, but there are many other pinks that are easier to use that I would grab before Sunset B.

This has to be the worst pink shadow ever! It just requires too much application and it does not last long at all. I would not repurchase again!

This is a gorgeous pink color. It looks great on everyone! it is very high-pigmented. Looks good with a lot of MAC colors. recommend for anyone who is looking for a pink!! very bright!!

I really like this color and the smoothness of the formulation. I do however, agree with other reviewers when I say it’s not the most pigmented, but it shows up nicely on my lids after only a tiny bit of extra work.

It looks like a nice, playful mid-tone pink in the pan. Unfortunately, it applies very sheerly and tends to wear off to almost nothing but slightly pink shimmer throughout the day (using a paint pot and UDPP). Every once and a while I try it again to give it another chance but it continues to disappoint me.

Very sheer…comparable to other mac pinks that have better pigmentation… a little let down because I really wanted to love this colour. Probably looks better on dark skin, but on my ivory skin it shows very lightly, even with a base.

I’m not a big fan of bright eyeshadow, however, I got this as a swap evener. It’s a pretty pink color for those with the right skin tone. It doesn’t really work well with my eye color (brown) or skin color. It’s too bright of a pink for me. However, I do like the shimmery aspect of it and it looks great with other eyeshadows. I probably won’t need to really ever buy this again since I don’t use it much, however, if I’m going for a shimmery, night look, combined with some of my other shadows it might look good.
