This shadow was part of the Sugarsweet Collection from 2009. I am somewhat perplexed by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It has a lot of sparkles in it, and there is so much fallout that I am reluctant to use it, even though it’s a good inner corner and browbone shadow.

This is one of my favorite neutral MAC shadows. Sugarshot is not too white, not too beige, just the perfect marriage of both with a lovely gold sheen. This reminds me somewhat of Vanilla pigment, but with more of a shimmer finish. I like to blend this shadow out to make it less glittery. As a DDD, most neutral lid colours are way too chalky on me but Sugarshot has just the right amount of warmth and gives a glowy finish. If you can snag this in a swap or ebay, go for it, it’s a staple in my bag!

I went to a CCO recently and picked this up, at 10.95 it was a steal. I love this shadow because its so versatile! I know this is supposed to be a highlight color but i use it all over the lid on top of bare study paint pot and with urban decay’s toasted in the crease. This color looks so nice with taupes. If you see it, pick it up its a great lid and highlight color!

I just received this item in a swap and I must say, I absolutely LOVE it! It’s the perfect, shimmery highlight for your inner corner, underneath brow, etc. I can’t believe I went without this for so long. HIGHLY recommend to all!!!!!

A very shimmery neutral highlight color, what I like about it is the creamy color, not too bright white metallic. Its not a lot of color though, but adds a nice pop of shimmer to a neutral look without adding that metallic sharpness of a white highlight. It has great staying power and really does look like a shiny dusting of powdered sugar.

This is my absolute fave pale highlighter. I know people love vanilla pigment but for me it’s all about sugarshot…so much so i’m on my second one!

I always saw blairxx on youtube using this, so I had a want for it. Then, the sumo sale came around online in June, and i caved. I added it in my cart, and I’m glad I did. I love this as a highlighter, gorgeous neutral color. The thing I hate though, is the glitter. I know lustre’s are glittery, but this sometimes had fallout. Grr. But overall it’s a nice highlight/inner corner color.

I was VERY indecisive about Sugarshot. VERY.
When product information first came out about the Sugarsweet collection, Sugarshot appealed to me. But, I was trying to limit my makeup buying, and finally convinced myself that since I already owned Shore Leave, Shroom and Magic Dust, I simply did not need Sugarshot. So I held off, kind of hoping it would sell out, and that would be that.
BUT, when the big “sumo” sale came around,Sugarshot was still on the site, and I threw it into my bag, and am I glad I did!
Sugarshot is the PERFECT shimmery pale *absolutely neutral* (at least on my NW15 face) highlight color. It could be more heavily pigmented, which is why I rate it a 4 instead of a 5, but it’s still great.
It’s like placing light on your face, anywhere you want it.
Staying power is fine, over UD PP, even on my super-oily skin.
I wore Sugarshot today with Stila “Cloud” and MAC “Satin Taupe,” and it was seamless!
I totally agree with the reviewer who said that if you like neutrals, you should not miss Sugarshot!
I’m extremely happy with my decision to buy it.

I love this shimmery eye shadow. It looks very well on the inside corner of your eyes & also on your brow bone below your eyebrow. It lasts all day. It’s not glittery, but instead it has a very nice shimmer to it. I highly recommend this shadow, you can’t go wrong w/ the color.
